In the recent episode of Bigg Boss 18 (October 10), tensions flared between Karanveer Mehra and Arfeen Khan during a conversation about behavioral patterns and psychology. What started as a casual discussion between the housemates, including Shilpa Shirodkar, quickly turned contentious after Karan made a controversial remark about Arfeen’s personal life.

The incident unfolded in the dining area when Arfeen, a life coach, began analyzing Karan’s personality, stating that he saw Karan as a strong individual. However, Karan Veer Mehra disagreed, describing himself as someone with “feminine energy” and calling himself a “kitchen boy,” enjoying cleanliness and being sensitive to others. Karan explained that he was raised mostly by women, as his father had not been a part of his life for a long time. He suggested that his personality traits were shaped by his upbringing, but Arfeen countered by saying that such traits are determined by genetics, not circumstances.

Bigg Boss 18: Aniruddhacharya Maharaj issues a public apology says, “Uss Bigg Boss mein jaane se kissika Sanatani ka dil dhuka hain toh hum saare sanataniyon se shama prarthi hain”

The conversation escalated when Arfeen began talking about Karan’s “victim mindset,” a comment that Karan strongly disagreed with, pointing out that it was simply Arfeen’s judgment. Karan also noted that Arfeen’s habit of folding his hands during the conversation was a sign of being triggered, sparking further tension between the two.

The situation took a sharp turn when Karan made a remark about Arfeen’s marriage, insinuating that Arfeen had changed his wife’s religion after marriage. This deeply offended Arfeen, who immediately warned Karan not to bring his wife into the discussion or make any derogatory remarks about her. Arfeen also clarified that he had never converted his wife, debunking Karan’s claim.

To avoid further escalation, Karan walked away from the conversation, acknowledging Arfeen’s experience in behavioral analysis but admitting that he was not as knowledgeable in the field. After Karan left, Arfeen confided in Shilpa Shirodkar, expressing his anger, stating, “Abhi agar wo iss ghar mein naho hota na, main iski band bajata” (If he wasn’t in this house, I would have taught him a lesson).

The incident highlighted how easily personal comments can spark conflict in the high-pressure environment of Bigg Boss, especially when sensitive topics like relationships and personal backgrounds are involved. Fans will likely keep an eye on whether this tension continues to simmer in future episodes.
