Khatron Ke Khiladi 14 is ramping up the tension and excitement as the competition intensifies. In the latest episode, viewers witnessed the second elimination, with Krishna Shroff, daughter of Bollywood veteran Jackie Shroff, bidding farewell to the show after an action-packed journey.
The episode placed Krishna Shroff and Sumona Chakravarti in the danger zone, facing a daunting elimination stunt that left both contestants and the audience on edge. Host Rohit Shetty, known for his no-nonsense approach, asked Krishna if she was disappointed after the previous stunt. Krishna candidly expressed her feelings, stating, “I wasn’t upset, but I definitely felt bad because I was very confident in Sumona. We talked before the stunt, and Sumona had said that this was her strength. She really enjoys driving.”
She further elaborated on her feelings, saying, “I knew I wasn’t as confident, so I took a step back at that moment and trusted her. I did my part correctly. So, yes, you do feel like it’s a little unfair, that if I’m in this position, I should be here on my own.”
Sumona Chakravarti was the first to face the challenge and successfully completed it, showcasing her skills. However, when it was Krishna’s turn, things took a different turn. Entering the cage, Krishna immediately began to panic and scream. Despite the encouragement and support from her fellow contestants, she could not complete the task. This led to her decision to abort the stunt, resulting in her elimination from the competition.
Khatron Ke Khiladi 14, which premiered on July 27, 2024, has been a rollercoaster of drama, thrills, and unexpected moments. The show started with a star-studded lineup, including Asim Riaz, Abhishek Kumar, Aditi Sharma, Gashmeer Mahajani, Karan Veer Mehra, Kedar Ashish Mehrotra, Niyati Fatnani, Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia, Sumona Chakravarti, Shilpa Shinde, Shalin Bhanot, and Krishna Shroff.
So far, the show has seen the exit of Asim Riaz, following a heated argument with host Rohit Shetty and other contestants, and Shilpa Shinde. Despite the tension, Shetty wished Asim well before announcing his departure from the show.
