Known for her character Preeta in the popular serial Kundali Bhagya, Shraddha Arya ends her journey with a heavy heart after seven and a half successful years. Actress Shraddha Arya, who is also expecting her first child with husband Rahul Nagal, made this emotional announcement on social media, while recalling the extraordinary time she had on the serial.

She mentioned how the show became a part of her life when asked if this is where she was meant to be in life or if anything had changed for her.
“You won’t believe that I wrote and deleted this caption at least 25 times ‘cuz… nothing… no words could truly describe what I carry in my heart at this moment… the moment I bid adieu to my most successful, nurturing, gratifying, lasting & loyal piece of work. #KundaliBhagya.”
A Journey of Growth
Shraddha fondly recalled her transformation during her stint, saying:
“This Show saw me Grow… grow from a silly-goofy young girl to a married responsible (now) mother-to-be (who’s still quite silly & goofy but that’s beside the point). So you can imagine how close this journey has been to my heart.”
She described her experience as a “real-life fairy tale” filled with glamorous outfits, fame, challenging scenes, and drama. Shraddha also extended heartfelt gratitude to producer Ekta Kapoor, her co-stars, and the entire team for making her journey memorable, adding:

The news of her departure was emotive for both fans and co-stars. Paras Kalnawat, Supriya Shukla, Ruhi Chaturvedi, and Sanjay Gagnani have shared heartfelt comments, lauding her, but at the same time pained by her exit.
Premiering on July 12, 2017, *Kundali Bhagya* became a fan favorite, with Shraddha’s portrayal of Preeta opposite Dheeraj Dhoopar’s Karan winning hearts. Over the years, the show saw casting changes, with Shakti Arora replacing Dheeraj in 2023 and Shakti Anand stepping in during 2024. The current cast includes Paras Kalnawat, Adrija Roy, and Baseer Ali in pivotal roles.
