The set for Shah Rukh Khan’s upcoming film RAEES is being made at Film City.

| AHMEDABAD SET FOR RAEES BEING MADE IN FILMCITY |
RAEES is set in the 80’s and the team is recreating certain parts of Ahmedabad from that time. As Ahmedabad has changed a lot since then in terms of architecture and manner of living, the team had no option but to recreate the city. Also, they have some action sequences which they would prefer to shoot indoors rather than on a real location.

It is a massive set up and there is work going on around the clock. The team is looking into minor and intricate details and trying to ensure that the set is complete at the earliest.
Directed by Rahul Dholakia, RAEES also stars Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Mahira Khan, who is making her debut in Bollywood. The film is produced by Farhan Akhtar & Ritesh Sidhwani.
