B-town’s latest buzz is that bong beauty Rani Mukherji is apparently roped in Tigmanshu Dhulia’s biopic. Rani will be playing a role of Begum Samru in the PAAN SINGH TOMAAR director’s next.

According to the grapevine, Rani had a couple of formal meeting with the director and probably the role has been finalized. If rumours are to be believed then the role was written as per keeping Rani in mind.

Begum Samru played a critical role in the political struggle in the 18th and 19th century India. She was also the head of a professionally trained Mercenary army, inherited from her European husband Walter Reinhardt Sombre.
Besides this, Rani will also be seen in Aamir Khan‘s much touted film TALAASH in a pivotal role.
