Bigg Boss 18: Shehzada Dhami shares controversial story how he was kicked from his show

On Bigg Boss 18, contestant Shehzada Dhami opened up about his controversial exit from the TV show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai without directly naming producer Rajan Shahi or the show. Shehzada shared his side of the story with Salman Khan, explaining the issues he faced on set. Shehzada Dhami and Avinash Mishra were introduced as the second and third contestants of the show.

He revealed that despite his dedication to the role, he was called into an urgent meeting where the director spoke to him harshly in front of the unit. One incident involved the director scolding him about wearing a bracelet while playing the role of a lawyer, though Shehzada had removed it right before the scene. The director’s outburst, followed by tension with a senior artist, led to a confrontation where Shehzada stood his ground and expressed that he wouldn’t respond to such treatment.

Dhami also mentioned that the producer targeted him indirectly during a later meeting, and he faced unprofessional behavior from a production member who was intoxicated. The situation escalated when this person questioned why Dhami hadn’t stood up to greet the producer on set.

Responding to these claims, fellow contestant Avinash Mishra, who has worked with the same producer, subtly supported Rajan Shahi, praising the producer and his production house, stating he had a positive working experience with them. This difference in perspective added further intrigue to the drama unfolding on the show.

The theme of Bigg Boss 18 is ‘Time ka Taandav.’ The BTS clip shared by Colors TV featured a voiceover which gave further details about the theme and said, “Iss baar Bigg Boss jante hain gharwalon ka future (This time Bigg Boss knows the future of the contestants).” The tagline read: “Iss baar ghar mein bhuchaal aayega, kyunki Bigg Boss mein Time Ka Taandav chaaeyga! (This time, chaos will strike the house as the wrath of time will reign in Bigg Boss).”

The prize money for winning the show is reported to be approximately 50 Lakh, which is the same as last season. Munawar Faruqui emerged as the winner of last season of Bigg Boss.
