Saqib Saleem and Saba Azad are set to captivate audiences with their upcoming crime thriller series, Crime Beat. Just days after unveiling the show’s release date, the makers have now dropped an intense and intriguing trailer, raising anticipation among fans.

On February 11, the official trailer was released across social media platforms, offering a deeper look into the show’s storyline. Clocking in at 2 minutes and 53 seconds, the trailer introduces Saqib Saleem’s character, Abhishek Sinha, a determined crime beat journalist. His journey begins with an interview of an accused kidnapper, showcasing what he calls “patrakarita ki power.”
A Battle for Truth and Recognition
As the story unfolds, Abhishek joins a leading news channel, where he meets Saba Azad’s character. His pursuit of powerful, headline-worthy stories turns into a battle—not just against criminals but also within the newsroom, as he struggles for recognition against his editorial head.
The show’s antagonist, Binny Chaudhary, played by Rahul Bhat, is a fugitive gangster on the run from the Delhi Police. Adding further intrigue, Sai Tamhankar plays the role of actress Archana Pandey, whose involvement adds unexpected twists to the narrative.
According to the official description, Crime Beat follows Abhishek as he gets entangled in a world of lies, scams, and political conspiracies while chasing a notorious gangster seeking revenge.

Directed by Sudhir Mishra and Sanjeev Kaul, Crime Beat features a stellar cast, including Danish Husain, Adinath Kothare, and Rajesh Tailang. Produced by Content Films Productions, the series is set to premiere on Zee5 on February 21, 2025.
