Armaan Malik’s unexpected entry into Bigg Boss 19 during Family Week turned into one of the most heartfelt moments of the season. Amaal Mallik, completely unaware of his brother’s arrival, broke down the moment he saw him. The emotional reunion, captured on the Salman Khan–hosted reality show, quickly went viral across social media, touching fans with its genuine warmth.
After their tearful embrace, the atmosphere inside the house shifted to one of calm and camaraderie. Armaan settled down with the housemates in a circle, took out a guitar, and began performing an impromptu medley of beloved Bollywood songs. He started with Dil Diyan Gallan from Ek Tha Tiger—originally sung by Atif Aslam and Neha Bhasin—before moving on to Tu Jaane Na from Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani. Armaan also treated the contestants to timeless classics like Lata Mangeshkar’s Lag Ja Gale and Udit Narayan and Sadhana Sargam’s Pehla Nasha. Between performances, he shared that the guitar he was playing held sentimental value, as it had been gifted to him by international star Ed Sheeran.
During a lighthearted conversation, actor Gaurav Khanna remarked, “Don’t you feel proud of yourselves that you two brothers are so good!” Amaal jokingly replied, “Mummy ne grounded nahi, undergrounded rakha hai humein,” leaving everyone in splits.
Later, the brothers discussed family matters and Amaal’s journey on the show. Armaan reassured Amaal that their father was doing well and encouraged him to remain steady in the game. “We don’t have to prove anything to anybody. You are what you are. You’ve shown all your colours,” he told him.
Armaan also weighed in on the evolving dynamics inside the house. He expressed concern over contestant Tanya Mittal’s recent behaviour and suggested that Amaal keep some distance. In contrast, he praised former contestant Neelam Giri, calling her the best girl in the house. Amaal agreed, describing her as someone with a “golden heart.”
