The music video marks a special collaboration for Saiyami, who has long admired Swanand Kirkire’s multifaceted artistry. Expressing her excitement, she shared that working with Swanand had always been on her wish list. She described him as a rare creative force—an exceptional writer, actor, and now composer—whose talent continues to amaze her. Saiyami added that having Gulshan on board made the project even more meaningful, given the comfort and understanding they developed while working together previously.
“I was so happy when Gulshan agreed to come on board because we’ve worked together on 8 A.M. Metro and I share a certain comfort with him. He’s such a sport and wonderful to work with,” she said, highlighting the ease and trust that translated naturally on screen.
Gulshan Devaiah echoed her sentiments, calling the collaboration less of a reunion and more of a creative continuation. He shared that his decision to be part of the music video was driven by the genuine camaraderie he shares with Saiyami. Having spent time working together on projects like Glitch and 8 A.M. Metro, he said their comfort level and on-screen chemistry made the choice an easy one. For him, the project was about creating something honest and heartfelt with someone he enjoys collaborating with.
Shot entirely in Nashik, the music video carries an organic, lived-in feel that adds to its emotional depth. Several key portions were filmed at Saiyami Kher’s farmstay, a setting that brings warmth, serenity, and a deeply personal touch to the visuals. Saiyami described the location as “utopia,” adding that shooting in such a natural environment made the experience even more special for the entire team.
By choosing real locations over stylised sets, the makers allowed the emotions, lyrics, and performances to unfold naturally, staying true to the soul of the song. Aise Na Humko promises to be an intimate visual experience rooted in simplicity, connection, and heartfelt emotion.
