Uttar Pradesh Tourism partners with The Indian Carnival, Nagpur, to promote cross-cultural awareness & regional tourism. 15,000+ attendees, 10+ artists, & 100+ local vendors participate in the vibrant festival .

In a landmark collaboration bridging the cultural heart of India with its central commercial hub, Uttar Pradesh Tourism joined forces as the official Tourism Partner for the Nagpur Edition of The Indian Carnival. Held on the 14th and 15th of March at the iconic Telankhedi Gardens, the festival redefined the live entertainment landscape, attracting over 15,000 attendees from across the Vidarbha region.

The partnership with Uttar Pradesh Tourism underscored the festival’s mission to promote cross-cultural awareness. As a major driver for regional tourism, the carnival provided a high-impact platform to showcase the spirit of Indian heritage alongside modern-day entertainment.
The two-day event featured a “City-Wide Celebration” theme, powered by high-octane performances from over 10 prominent artists:
Amaal Mallik: The Bollywood stalwart delivered a headlining performance that blended his cinematic hits with independent flair.

Sanju Rathod: The regional pop-fusion icon proved his status as a cultural hero for the youth, delivering viral hits that resonated with the massive crowd.
Awez Darbar: Brought the house down with his electric crowd work and signature viral hook steps.
The Hip-Hop Segment: MC Altaf and 7 Bantaiz offered a revolutionary take on the genre, while DJ Gravero and Akanksha Sethi added layers of mashup charisma and soulful melodies.

The Indian Carnival set new standards for Tier 2 cities, featuring world-class production including massive LED displays and imported pyrotechnics. In line with Uttar Pradesh Tourism’s vision of sustainable and impactful travel, the event prioritized seamless logistics, hydration stations, and sustainable waste management.
