Madonna was accompanied by seven women dressed in satin outfits and sheer blindfolds, who held onto her cape as she walked. She added accessories such as large rings, a detailed necklace, and black boots. She also carried an object shaped like a French horn, adding another unusual detail to her appearance.

The look was inspired by the 1945 painting “The Temptation of St. Anthony. Fragment II” by Leonora Carrington. During the event, Madonna was also seen posing with Anthony Vaccarello.
Madonna has a long history of memorable Met Gala appearances. In the previous year, she wore a cream colored silk tuxedo by Tom Ford, styled with an unlit cigar and a flower on her lapel.
