Singer Harry Styles has canceled his concert in São Paulo, Brazil, because of a health issue. The show was scheduled to take place on Tuesday, July 21, 2026, at Estadio MorumBIS, but fans were informed about the cancellation just hours before the performance. Concert organizer Live Nation Brasil shared the update on X, saying, “We deeply regret to inform you that the Harry Styles show scheduled for Tuesday, July 21, 2026, at MorumBIS has been canceled due to a health issue on the tour.” The company also confirmed that all ticket holders will receive refunds.
A representative for Styles later said that the singer’s Friday concert in Brazil is still expected to go ahead as planned.
This is not the first health related incident during Styles’ Together, Together Tour, which began in May. In June, the 32 year old singer experienced a frightening moment while performing at Wembley Stadium in London. During the concert, he accidentally choked on water while doing his popular “whale” spit move.
Videos shared on social media showed Styles falling to the stage floor as he struggled to catch his breath. He remained on the ground for several seconds and was also seen tapping his chest before getting back on his feet. After recovering, he waved to the audience and walked off the stage.

The incident worried many fans, who quickly shared their reactions online. One fan wrote, “Oh HELL no! He was struggling for REAL real,” while another said, “Why didn’t any of his team notice that he was struggling with his tie? This is so bad.” A third fan added, “Must admit that on the livestream I was afraid for a few seconds.”
Earlier this month, during his final London concert on July 4, Styles also paid an emotional tribute to his late One Direction bandmate Liam Payne. Members of Payne’s family, including his parents Geoff Payne and Karen Payne, his sister Ruth Gibbins, and his nephew Ashton, attended the concert.
Speaking to the audience, Styles said, “I wouldn’t be on this stage if it wasn’t for four friends of mine that were a massive part of this journey.” He added, “I want to thank Niall [Horan], Louis [Tomlinson], Zayn [Malik], and my dear friend Liam. These nights and everything that I’ve learned in this time, the friendships, everything, none of this would be possible. I wouldn’t be here without you.”
Fans are now hoping for a positive update on Styles’ health as his tour continues.
