Sunita Ahuja, wife of actor Govinda, was spotted outside a family court in Mumbai on Wednesday amid ongoing reports about problems in their marriage. A video shared on social media showed Sunita leaving the court premises with her son Yashvardhan Ahuja. A lawyer was also seen accompanying the mother and son.
Sunita kept a low profile while leaving the court. She did not speak to the paparazzi or answer questions about her visit. Yashvardhan was also asked about the reason for their presence at the court and simply replied, “kuch nahi”. The appearance has since led to fresh speculation about Sunita and Govinda’s marriage, with several social media users wondering if the couple could be heading towards divorce.
However, there has been no official confirmation from Sunita or Govinda regarding a divorce or any legal proceedings related to their marriage.
The latest speculation comes after several reports about Govinda’s alleged relationship with actress Komal Rani surfaced online. Rumours gained attention after Govinda and Komal were reportedly spotted together at Mumbai airport. Their appearance quickly became a topic of discussion on social media.
Sunita later reacted to the reports surrounding Govinda and Komal. When paparazzi asked her about the actor being seen with the actress, she said, “Vinash Kale Viprit Buddhi,” indicating her apparent displeasure with the situation.
She was later asked about people referring to Govinda as ‘Cheater Number One’. Responding to the question, Sunita said, “Ye question mujhe Govinda ke fans ko puchna hai ki jab main bol rahi hoon koi cheez toh sab mujhe troll karte hain, ab main chahti hoon ki Govinda ke fans aur media ab jawab de, mujhse mat pucho, mujhe koi interest bhi nahi hai.”
A few days later, Sunita again spoke about Govinda’s reported relationship with Komal and criticised the situation. She said, “Picture banna bhi toh chaiye. Promotion hota hai picture banne ke baad. Kya bolneka…Beti ki umar ki ladki ko leke ghum raha hai, sharam toh aana chaiye thodha isko. Aur standard toh hona chaiye. Tumhara sugar daddy itna ameer hai, kapde toh dhang ke pehno. Humlog ko dekho kya style me chalte hai. Very bad, he’s lost his mind.”
Following Sunita’s remarks, Govinda also addressed the situation in a video statement. The actor asked her to stay within her limits while responding to her comments about his reported relationship with Komal.
“All the big actors in the country have worked with girls who were young. You are leaving no stone unturned to make sure that I fall out of people’s hearts. You have already been blessed with fame, respect and wealth; God has given you all of it. That doesn’t mean you should humiliate someone who doesn’t have what you have. Please stay within your limits,” he said.
For now, the reason behind Sunita’s visit to the family court remains unclear, and neither Govinda nor Sunita has confirmed reports of divorce.
