Zayn Malik has rescheduled two of his Edinburgh shows on his *Stairway To The Sky* tour. Due to unforeseen circumstances, originally scheduled for November 20 and 21 the tours will now take place on December 8 and 9. Malik announced this on his Instagram stories which also informed them that tickets purchased for the original dates would be valid.
“Due to circumstances beyond my control, the Edinburgh show of November 20th has been pushed back to December 8th, while the Edinburgh show of November 21st has been pushed back to December 9th. All tickets sold for those original show dates will be honored on the new dates.”.

This is little more than a week since the cancelation of Malik’s US tour, following the sad death of his former *One Direction* bandmate, Liam Payne. Payne, 31, died last month due to a fall from a third-floor balcony at the CasaSur Palermo Hotel in Buenos Aires, Argentina. His body was flown back to England for his funeral after it was handed over to his father, Geoff Payne. Zayn will join other members of *One Direction* who include Harry Styles, Niall Horan, and Louis Tomlinson at Paye’s memorial service.
Zayn also posted his tribute to Payne on Instagram, not only lamenting but also narrating some of the treasured moments they have shared together. “I lost a brother when you left us and cant explain to you what Id give to just give you a hug one last time, say goodbye to you properly, and tell you that I loved and respected you dearly. I will keep all the memories I have with you forever in my heart,” he added.
Even though Zayn’s UK tour was rescheduled, the remaining events still scheduled will go down in places like London, Wolverhampton, Leeds, Newcastle, and Manchester in the final months of the year.
The domestic US part of the tour, previously scheduled to kick off on October 23 in San Francisco and close on November 3 in New York, has been rescheduled. It will begin on January 21, 2025, in Washington, DC, then include concerts on January 24 and 25 in New York City and January 28 and 29 in Los Angeles before continuing with February 1 in Las Vegas and February 3 in San Francisco.
