The trailer of System starring Sonakshi Sinha and Jyothika has finally been released. The film gives viewers a glimpse into a serious courtroom drama filled with emotional conflicts, legal battles and hidden truths. System is scheduled to release on May 22.
The film is produced by Pammi Baweja, Harman Baweja and Smitha Baliga under the banner of Baweja Studios. The story and screenplay have been written by Harman Baweja and Arun Sukumar. Additional screenplay credits go to Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari and Tasneem Lokhandwala, while the dialogues are written by Akshat Ghildial.
The trailer begins with Sonakshi Sinha’s character being challenged by her father to win 10 cases and prove herself in the legal world. To achieve this, she takes help from Jyotika’s character, who assists her in collecting evidence and building strong cases in court. As the trailer moves forward, the story becomes more intense and several dark truths begin to unfold.
The film also explores the personal journeys of two women who come from very different backgrounds. Sonakshi Sinha plays Neha Rajvansh, a confident and successful public prosecutor known for her authority inside the courtroom. Jyotika plays Sarika Rawat, a courtroom stenographer who quietly works within the same judicial system while dealing with a very different reality in life.
Their lives slowly become connected through the cases they work on. What starts as a professional relationship gradually turns personal and leads to situations that challenge their beliefs, choices and identities. The trailer hints at emotional drama along with legal tension, making the film more than just a courtroom story.
System also stars Ashutosh Gowariker in a key role. Soon after the trailer release, fans reacted positively online and praised the serious tone and performances shown in the preview.
