First Post After Split Buzz! Mouni Roy’s Cryptic ‘Ruin and Rapture’ Caption Sends Fans Into Panic

0

Rumours about trouble in the marriage of Mouni Roy and her husband Suraj Nambiar have been making headlines after fans noticed unusual activity on social media. In the middle of all the speculation, Mouni shared her first Instagram post, but instead of addressing the rumours directly, she chose to post an emotional birthday message for her close friend and producer Roopali Kadyan. The actress shared several beautiful pictures with Roopali from their vacations and special moments together over the years. The photos reflected their deep friendship and showed how they have supported each other through every phase of life.

In her heartfelt note, Mouni called Roopali her “sister through ruin and rapture” and expressed how much she means to her. She wrote that no words could ever explain her love for her friend and praised Roopali’s sarcasm, wit, and inner beauty. She also jokingly called her a “witch,” adding a playful touch to the emotional message. Fans quickly reacted to the post and many wondered if the emotional note was connected to the ongoing rumours surrounding her personal life.

The speculation about Mouni and Suraj’s marriage started after social media users noticed that the couple had unfollowed each other on Instagram. Soon after, reports claimed that actor Disha Patani, who is known to be close to Mouni, had also unfollowed Suraj. This further added fuel to the rumours. Later, Suraj reportedly deactivated his Instagram account, making fans even more curious about what was happening between the couple.

Mouni and Suraj began dating in 2018 and got married in January 2022 in a beautiful wedding ceremony attended by family and friends. At the time, Mouni had shared dreamy wedding pictures online and wrote that she had finally found the love of her life. Suraj is a Dubai based businessman who studied at the London School of Economics and Political Science before joining his family business.

On the work front, Mouni was last seen in the 2025 film The Bhootnii alongside Sanjay Dutt, Sunny Singh, and Palak Tiwari. She will next appear in Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai starring Varun Dhawan, Pooja Hegde, and Mrunal Thakur. The film is directed by David Dhawan.

Rubina Dilaik Reveals Director Once Called Her Face “Negative” In Early Career Days

0

Rubina Dilaik recently opened up about the difficult experiences she faced during the early years of her television career. In an interview with SCREEN, the actress spoke about dealing with criticism over her looks and how those comments affected her confidence for a long time.

Known for shows like Chotti Bahu and for winning Bigg Boss 14, Rubina Dilaik shared that she struggled to feel confident about her appearance when she first entered the entertainment industry.

Talking about those years, the actress said, “I never had that confidence in my looks,” and explained that accepting herself was not easy. She revealed that people often commented on her appearance and body weight during the beginning of her career.

Rubina said that because she had baby fat at the time, many people made fun of her looks. Recalling those comments, she shared, “People used to call me Himachali seb. They would comment on my baby fat, baby chin.”

The actress also remembered one particular incident that deeply affected her confidence. According to Rubina, a director once told her that she did not look suitable for positive lead roles. Sharing the exact remark, she said, “One of the directors once told me, ‘Your face is so negative, you should do negative roles. I don’t think anybody will cast you in a positive role or as a protagonist.’”

At that point in her life, Rubina was also wearing braces, which added to her insecurities. She admitted that such comments made her question herself and her abilities. Speaking about that phase, she said, “I thought maybe I was not enough. There were a lot of maybes.”

Over time, however, Rubina Dilaik said she slowly learned to accept herself and understand that her individuality was actually her strength. The actress explained that this journey became even more meaningful after becoming a mother to twin daughters, Edhaa and Jeeva.

Reflecting on self acceptance, Rubina said she eventually realised that trying to look like everyone else would mean losing her own identity. Speaking about this change in mindset, she shared, “If I cannot acknowledge that, I will not be able to give that to my daughters. It took a great deal to overcome that.”

On the professional front, Rubina Dilaik is expected to return for Season 15 of Khatron Ke Khiladi along with Jasmin Bhasin. She also mentioned that both of them currently share a cordial relationship.

Kiara Advani Says Her Career Struggled For Years After Fugly Failed At The Box Office

0

Kiara Advani recently opened up about the difficult early years of her acting career and the struggles she faced after her debut film Fugly failed to perform well at the box office. The actress, who is now preparing for the release of Toxic: A Fairytale for Grownups alongside Yash, spoke about her journey during an appearance on Raj Shamani’s podcast.

Talking about the lessons she learned from failures, Kiara said, “I really feel like there is something that I’ve learnt from every single experience and it has shaped me today. It’s the lows that have been my biggest teachers.”

The actress also said that many people still believe her breakthrough films M.S. Dhoni: The Untold Story or Kabir Singh were her debut projects because those films became commercial successes. Speaking about this, she said, “Till date, people think that ‘MS Dhoni’ or ‘Kabir Singh’ was my first film because those were the commercial hits. ‘Fugly’ was my first film. Not many people saw it. Many people might Google it now.”

Kiara explained that after Fugly, she went through a long period without many opportunities despite receiving positive reviews for her performance. She said, “After that film, there was a big lull because the film didn’t open well. However, critically, several critics praised my performance. But nothing translated into work.”

She further added, “So, it was the same waiting game of going to auditions, some making it, some not. Lots of your choices are also limited. When you are starting off and don’t deliver commercially, the opportunities coming your way are much less. The process is longer. Till date, I feel that was the best thing that happened to me.”

The actress also shared that even after the success of M.S. Dhoni: The Untold Story, starring late actor Sushant Singh Rajput, her career did not immediately change. She said, “Even after ‘Dhoni,’ it was the same story. ‘Kabir Singh’ released in 2019 and then there was no looking back. Those five years had a lot of auditions, waiting, rejections and a few films that I was shooting for. I knew work would bring work, and that actually happened.”

Kiara also recalled how the film Machine became an unexpected turning point in her career despite facing criticism online. She said, “It was heavily trolled on social media. I am very grateful for that wonderful experience on set, which helped me learn a lot.”

She further revealed that her song “Tu Cheez Badi Hai Mast Mast” from Machine caught the attention of designer Manish Malhotra, who later recommended her to Karan Johar. Kiara said, “He didn’t know me at all, and he went and told Karan Johar because he thought, ‘Iss ladki mein namak hai.’ That’s when I was offered Lust Stories.”

Kiara Advani will next be seen in Toxic: A Fairytale for Grownups, directed by Geetu Mohandas. The film does not yet have an official release date.

Chitrangada Singh Reveals She Almost Worked With Aditya Dhar Before Dhurandhar Success

0

Chitrangada Singh recently spoke about filmmaker Aditya Dhar and revealed that the two had once planned to work together on a film that never got made. The actress shared the details while speaking to Variety India and also praised Dhar for his recent success with Dhurandhar.

Talking about the filmmaker, Chitrangada Singh said, “Who doesn’t want to work with him? I’d love to, obviously, because he’s brilliant and has changed the whole system. How many people are going to go back, rewrite and introspect? Just to see that kind of passion in filmmaking is so inspiring.”

The actress then revealed that she was once attached to a film called Sufi, which Aditya Dhar had written around 2012. According to her, the project was close to being announced, but it eventually did not move forward.

Sharing details about the unfinished project, Chitrangada Singh said, “I was going to do a film with Aditya Dhar, called ‘Sufi’. Around 2012, he and I were constantly in touch and trying very hard to get this film made. And there was a lot of back and forth. He’d written this amazing character for me. It was almost getting done, and we were going to announce the film. But it didn’t happen.”

The actress also recalled reconnecting with Aditya Dhar recently after watching Dhurandhar. She explained how their old conversations reminded her of the hard work they had once put into Sufi. Speaking about it, she said, “So recently, when I messaged him [about Dhurandhar], I didn’t know whether he’d even be on the same number. And then I realized, [with] the whole chat and everything, ‘Oh my God, we really worked hard on that one!’”

Chitrangada Singh also praised Dhurandhar and appreciated the performances in the film. She especially mentioned Sara Arjun and said, “I can’t speak of anything else right now. I think Dhurandhar was fantastic. I think Sara Arjun has done an amazing job in it. She was brilliant in those scenes.”

On the work front, Chitrangada Singh is preparing for the release of Maatrubhumi, which stars Salman Khan in the lead role. Directed by Apoorva Lakhia, the film is inspired by real events related to the Galwan Valley clash and is produced under the banner of Salman Khan Films.

In the film, Salman Khan plays an Indian Army Colonel, while Chitrangada Singh plays his wife. According to the makers, the story focuses on courage, sacrifice, resilience and emotional conflict within personal relationships.

Benny Blanco Says He Nearly Stabbed His Friend During Terrifying Home Intruder Scare

0

Benny Blanco just shared one of the wildest accidental near-disaster stories imaginable, and honestly, it sounds like something straight out of a comedy thriller. During an episode of his Friends Keep Secrets podcast, the music producer revealed that he once almost stabbed one of his own friends after mistaking him for a home intruder in the middle of the night. According to Benny, he woke up after hearing strange noises inside the house and immediately went into full panic mode.

Instead of calling for help or turning on lights, he quietly snuck into the kitchen and grabbed a knife.

And somehow, things only got more chaotic from there.

While telling the story, Benny explained that he hid low behind furniture preparing himself to attack whoever came around the corner. He even joked that his plan was to stab upward if the supposed intruder appeared.

But the real twist?

The “intruder” was actually one of his friends.

Apparently, the friend had also heard noises inside the house, panicked himself, grabbed a knife too and started sneaking around looking for danger.

Meaning both of them were unknowingly creeping around the same house armed with knives, both fully convinced somebody had broken in.

Honestly, the fact that nobody got hurt is kind of insane.

Lil Dicky, who was part of the conversation, asked Benny why he did not just grab a gun instead, but Benny admitted that owning a firearm would probably be more dangerous for himself than anybody else.

“I’d accidentally shoot myself,” he joked, explaining why he thought the knife was the “responsible” option.

Benny laughed through the story while recalling how close the situation came to going horribly wrong, saying it was basically a 50/50 chance one of them was getting stabbed before they realized what was happening.

Thankfully, the two eventually figured it out before anybody acted in pure panic.

And honestly, this feels exactly like the kind of bizarre celebrity story that somehow only Benny Blanco could casually tell on a podcast.

Jamie Foxx Is Reportedly Expecting a Baby With Girlfriend Alyce Huckstepp

0

Jamie Foxx is reportedly about to become a father for the third time. According to TMZ, the actor and comedian’s girlfriend, Alyce Huckstepp, is pregnant with their first child together. Sources told the outlet that Alyce is already several months along, although the couple has not publicly confirmed the news yet. Jamie and Alyce first sparked dating rumors back in 2022 when she attended the premiere of his Netflix movie Day Shift.

Their relationship became more public in 2023 after they were spotted vacationing together in Mexico and going on multiple outings across Los Angeles.

The pair briefly split in early 2025 but reportedly got back together later that same year.

If the reports are true, this would be Alyce’s first child and Jamie’s third. The Oscar winner already shares daughters Corinne Foxx and Anelise Bishop from previous relationships.

The news comes after a particularly intense few years for Jamie, who spent much of 2023 and 2024 recovering from the mysterious medical emergency that left fans deeply concerned about his health. Since then, he has slowly returned to public life, appearing at award shows, stand-up events and multiple Hollywood projects.

And honestly, fans are reacting to this news with a mix of shock and happiness mostly because Jamie has kept his personal life incredibly private lately.

Neither Jamie nor Alyce has commented publicly yet, but social media is already full of congratulations after TMZ broke the story.

If confirmed, it definitely looks like Jamie Foxx is entering a completely new chapter of his life.

Hayden Panettiere Says She’s “Terrified” for People to Read Her New Memoir

0

In a new interview with Entertainment Weekly, the Nashville star opened up about her upcoming memoir This Is Me: A Reckoning, admitting that while she is excited for people to read it, she is also “terrified.”  “This was the first project where there was nobody there to direct me or give me real guidance,” Hayden explained. “I just had to have a lot of trust in myself.” And honestly, after hearing what the book covers, it is easy to understand why this project feels so emotional for her.

The memoir dives into nearly every chapter of Hayden’s life, from growing up in Hollywood and dealing with identity issues as a child actor to her struggles with postpartum depression, addiction and abusive relationships. She also opens up about signing over custody of her daughter Kaya to ex-fiancé Wladimir Klitschko in 2018, something she has rarely discussed publicly in this much depth.

But according to Hayden, the hardest part of writing the book was revisiting the death of her younger brother, Jansen Panettiere, who died in 2023 at just 28 years old.

“I just finished the audiobook of it, and I couldn’t get through the end,” she revealed. “I was completely choked up.”

Hayden said reading the words out loud made the grief feel even more real, especially the parts directly addressed to Jansen.

The actress also reflected on how acting emotionally intense scenes for years began affecting her real life. She explained that as she got older, especially during Nashville, she had to tap into “darker and darker things” mentally in order to cry for scenes, which eventually started bleeding into her personal emotional state.

One of the most interesting things Hayden touches on is how people have built assumptions about who she is since she was a teenager. She says this memoir is her chance to finally correct the narrative.

“What really happened is generally more entertaining than anything anyone could come up with,” she said.

And honestly, that line alone tells you exactly what kind of memoir this is going to be.

Not a polished celebrity memoir trying to protect an image. More like somebody finally deciding to stop filtering their life story for public comfort.

Hayden says her biggest hope is that readers who are struggling with mental health, addiction or grief feel less alone after reading it.

This Is Me: A Reckoning releases May 19.

Alix Earle’s Response to the Alex Cooper Drama Was Awkwardly Telling

0

During her appearance on the Today show, Craig Melvin wasted absolutely no time bringing up the drama surrounding Alix and Alex after months of online speculation, shady reposts and cryptic TikToks. And Alix immediately looked uncomfortable. Laughing nervously, she tried to dodge the question by saying she did not “want to ruin a good day talking about something not so great.” But when Craig pushed and asked whether the feud had been exaggerated, Alix responded with an extremely sarcastic, “I love everyone!”

Which, let’s be real, nobody believed for even a second.

The tension between Alix and Alex has been brewing ever since Alix’s Hot Mess podcast quietly got dropped from Alex Cooper’s Unwell Network earlier this year. Since then, fans have been dissecting every repost, every unfollow and every passive-aggressive TikTok between the two.

And honestly, the reason people are so invested is because Alex Cooper built an empire off the whole “girls supporting girls” brand. So when one of the biggest influencers tied to her network suddenly leaves and starts reposting shady content, people immediately assume something happened behind the scenes.

The interesting thing is Alix clearly does not want to publicly go to war with Alex. You can tell she is trying to keep it cute and avoid outright saying anything damaging. But at the same time, she also does not seem interested in pretending they are friends anymore either.

That sarcastic “I love everyone” response felt less like damage control and more like somebody trying very hard not to say what they actually think.

And honestly, the internet already made up its mind the second she started reposting those TikToks.

At this point, it feels less like a misunderstanding and more like two people silently trying to outshade each other without directly naming names.

Euphoria Fans Think Cassie’s Contract Is Going To Destroy Her

0

And honestly, the contract scene feels way bigger than people initially realized. After Brandon exposes the truth that Maddie is basically acting more like an assistant than an actual manager, Cassie immediately decides she’s ready to ditch Maddie the second a better opportunity appears.  Which, if we are being honest, is exactly who Cassie has always been.

Maddie helped build her platform. Maddie introduced her to Brandon Fontaine. Maddie boosted her career and connections. But the moment Cassie thought she had access to something bigger, she was fully ready to abandon her.

That’s what makes Maddie’s response so interesting.

Instead of freaking out, Maddie stays completely calm and pulls off one of the most manipulative scenes in the episode. She fake-calls someone and acts like she’s canceling Cassie’s huge audition for “L.A. Nights” with this hotshot producer because Cassie is no longer her client.

And Cassie completely panics.

The second she thinks the opportunity is disappearing, she folds instantly and signs Maddie’s contract without even reading it.

That moment is what has fans spiraling online right now.

Because this is Euphoria. Sam Levinson does not randomly show somebody signing legal paperwork without reading it unless it is going to matter later.

And now there’s a massive theory circulating that the contract contains some kind of clause giving Maddie serious control over Cassie’s career, image, earnings, or future opportunities.

The theory gets even darker because of the way the episode ends.

Maddie unexpectedly starts getting closer to Alamo, Rue’s terrifying new boss, and begins stepping deeper into his world.

At the same time, fans noticed that Alamo is becoming weirdly interested in Maddie’s social-media-management hustle and the money-making side of Cassie’s online fame.

So now people think those two storylines are eventually going to collide.

Some fans online are even theorizing Maddie could eventually use the contract to force Cassie into working for Alamo’s strip club operation. Reddit discussions after the episode exploded with speculation that Maddie now “has full control over Cassie’s career” because of what she signed.

Personally though, I do not buy the idea that Maddie would ever intentionally traffic Cassie or destroy her life in some irredeemable way.

Manipulate her? Absolutely.

Control her? Probably.

Use the contract against her after feeling betrayed? Definitely possible.

But Maddie has never been written as somebody genuinely evil. Vindictive, emotional, possessive, yes. But not monstrous.

If anything, the scarier part is how willingly Cassie keeps handing her power over to other people.

First Nate. Then Brandon. Now Maddie.

And the saddest thing is she signs this contract immediately because she is so desperate for validation, fame and approval that she does not even pause to think about consequences.

That scene honestly says more about Cassie’s mental state than any monologue could.

Revelations From Martin Short’s Netflix Documentary ‘Marty, Life Is Short’

0

Martin Short’s new Netflix documentary Marty, Life Is Short is giving fans a rare look at the comedian’s life beyond the jokes. The documentary explores Short’s decades-long career in comedy, film and television, but it also spends a lot of time on the personal losses that shaped him. The film features interviews with Short himself, along with famous friends including Tom Hanks, Steve Martin, Eugene Levy and the late Catherine O’Hara.

One of the biggest revelations is that Short does not believe his comedy comes from pain.

Despite losing his older brother David when he was 12, his mother when he was a teenager, his father soon after, his wife Nancy Dolman in 2010 and his daughter Katherine earlier this year, Short rejects the idea that his humor was born out of suffering.

Instead, he says his comedy came from love, attention and the warmth of his childhood.

Short also opens up about his marriage to Nancy Dolman, who died from ovarian cancer in 2010. The documentary presents their relationship as one many people admired deeply.

Catherine O’Hara even reveals that when she and her husband were once asked in therapy which couple they wanted to emulate, they immediately named Martin and Nancy. According to O’Hara, their therapist told them they were far from the only couple to give that answer.

The documentary also revisits a difficult period in Short’s career during the late 1970s. He recalls feeling overwhelmed and discouraged when his friend Bill Murray’s career was taking off while his own felt stalled.

Short says he had what he describes as a breakdown while walking to a dinner celebrating Murray’s success. He felt unsure about his future and unable to pretend everything was fine.

The film also reveals that Short and Nancy struggled with fertility issues before adopting their three children, Katherine, Oliver and Henry.

Short says they were stunned when they could not have a baby naturally, and Nancy’s medical treatments affected her moods. Eventually, he told her they should stop the drugs and adopt.

Another surprising detail is that Short hated his time on Saturday Night Live.

Although many comedians dream of joining the legendary sketch show, Short says his one-season run in 1984 was grueling. He disliked the pressure and the isolation of working alone in an office.

The documentary also explores Short’s attitude toward death and loss.

He recalls learning about his brother David’s death in a blunt and heartbreaking way while he was away at camp. Afterward, Short says he had a dream in which David told him he was fine and that they would see each other soon. Short says that dream gave him unexpected peace.

When discussing Nancy’s cancer battle, Short’s friends describe him as a deeply devoted partner.

Andrea Martin says Nancy wanted to keep living fully until she no longer could, and Short supported her through that. Tom Hanks says the family’s attitude was that Nancy’s illness would not stop them from continuing life as much as possible.

The documentary does not focus on Katherine Short’s death, which happened earlier this year. However, Short recently spoke publicly about the loss, calling it a nightmare for the family and explaining that Katherine had battled severe mental health issues for a long time.

Marty, Life Is Short is now streaming on Netflix.
