The trailer of Pati Patni Aur Woh Do directed by Mudassar Aziz comes across as crisp and engaging, with a pace that suggests a tightly structured story without unnecessary drag. Featuring Ayushmann Khurrana, Wamiqa Gabbi, Rakul Preet Singh and Sara Ali Khan, the film benefits from the presence of multiple leading female characters, which adds a sense of freshness and gives the narrative more layers than a typical comedy.

What stands out is that the humour relies more on everyday situations rather than loud, over-the-top jokes, and that works nicely in keeping the tone relatable. Even though the film carries the familiarity of the brand, it still manages to introduce new elements that make it feel updated and relevant. The overall treatment looks clean and accessible, suggesting it is aimed at a wide audience without getting too niche.

The songs seem to blend naturally into the story instead of feeling forced, adding to the entertainment value. Visually too, the film appears mounted on a slightly bigger scale than regular comedies in this space, which gives it a more polished look. With its release timing, it looks well positioned to attract audiences who are simply looking for light, easygoing entertainment over the weekend.

Swara Bhasker Shuts Down Body Shamers With Powerful Message After Motherhood

0

Bollywood actress Swara Bhasker has strongly spoken out against body shaming and the pressure women face after having a baby. The actress, who became a mother in 2023 to her daughter Raabiya, shared her thoughts after receiving negative comments about her body on social media.

It all started when Swara posted an old photo of herself from 2018. Soon after, she began getting harsh and unnecessary comments comparing her past and present appearance. One message even questioned her journey and hinted that her looks had changed for the worse. Swara did not stay silent and decided to respond openly.

She shared a collage that included her older picture and a recent one where she is seen holding her daughter. Through her post, she made it clear that she is not bothered by the changes in her body after childbirth. She said she has faced a lot of anger and criticism simply because she chose not to lose weight quickly or try to look like she did before pregnancy.

Swara explained in simple words that a woman’s body goes through a lot during pregnancy. It carries, nurtures, and brings a new life into the world, and it is natural for it to change. She believes that expecting women to go back to their old bodies quickly is unfair and even cruel. According to her, once a woman becomes a mother, life changes in a big way, and that is completely normal.

She also spoke about how society often focuses too much on how women look, instead of valuing what their bodies have done. She said that women are more than just their appearance and should not be judged based on beauty standards, especially after becoming mothers.

Addressing people who link her looks to her acting career, Swara made her stance very clear. She said that talent and acting skills have nothing to do with body weight or physical appearance. She reminded everyone that many great actors have succeeded because of their talent, not because they fit into traditional beauty standards.

Calling out online trolling Swara described such comments as mean and thoughtless. She urged people to stop judging women, especially mothers, and respect their choices. Her strong message has started an important conversation about body positivity and the need to be kinder and more understanding toward women after childbirth.

Check out Madonna and Sabrina Carpenter – Bring Your Love Song Lyrics

Ask yourself this
What are you doing it for?
Is it for you? Is it for them?
I got something I wanna talk about
Sabrina
Madonna (Hahaha)
I got something I wanna talk about

Don’t comment on my ideas
I don’t want your judgment or your expectations
Don’t wind me up like a toy
Your vision of me is a killer of joy

I know where the bodies are buried
Don’t try to shut me up
Don’t try to distract me with numbers
I did it all for love

Bring your love ’cause you cannot shake me
Bring your love (Bring it) ’cause you’ll never break me
Bring your love (Bring it) ’cause you cannot take me down

Don’t rely on my moral compass
Or my discretion, I have a confession
Don’t shove your fears down my throat
Before I can speak, I can’t even breathe

I know where the bodies are buried (Bodies are buried)
Don’t try to shut me up (Shut me up)
Don’t try to distract me with numbers
I did it all for love (Bring your love, bring your love)
Bring it Sabrina
You got something to say about it?

Bring your love ’cause you cannot shake me
Bring your love ’cause you’ll never break me
Bring your love ’cause you cannot take me down
Bring your love (Bring it) ’cause you cannot shake me
Bring your love (Bring it) ’cause you’ll never break me (Break me)
Bring your love (Bring it) ’cause you cannot take me down

Don’t wanna compromise (Ask yourself this)
I made the sacrifice (What are you doing it for?)
I always pay the price (Is it for you? Is it for them?)
And now I don’t wanna, don’t wanna
I have a confession, I (Don’t wind me up like a toy)
I did it all, I did it all
I did it all for love

Bring your love (Bring it) ’cause you cannot shake me
Bring your love (Bring it) ’cause you’ll never break me
Bring your love (Bring it) ’cause you cannot take me down

(Bring your love, bring your love, bring your love)
Sabrina (I did it)
I got something I wanna talk about (I did it)
Madonna (I did it)
I got something I wanna talk about

Akansha Ranjan Kapoor Opens Up On Painful Egg Freezing Experience

0

Actor Akansha Ranjan Kapoor recently spoke about her experience with egg freezing during a conversation with Soha Ali Khan on the podcast “All About Her”. The discussion focused on topics like reproductive choices, medical procedures, and personal health decisions.

During the conversation, Soha asked her about the physical and emotional impact of the process. She said, “When you refer to the fact that it took a lot out of you and you’ve done this one cycle and might wait for some time, what does that mean?” This led Akansha to explain her experience in detail.

Akansha shared that the process was physically very difficult for her. She said, “Physically, I was in a lot of pain, which I don’t think happens to everybody, but I was in a lot of pain. I couldn’t stand straight because it just felt like there was a big balloon inside me, and my doctor was like maybe because you’re just really small. So, I couldn’t stand straight, and I used to go to my sister’s house. So, I live in the B wing, and she lives in the A wing. So, I would walk to her house for her to inject me, and for 2 or 3 days, I couldn’t even walk as I was in so much pain. I couldn’t stand it.”

She also explained that even basic movement became difficult during those days. When she asked her doctor about exercise, she was advised to only walk. However, she said, “After the first day, there’s no way I can even walk. So, that was a lot. And I did not expect to feel so physically blah.”

Describing the discomfort further, she added, “It’s not a period cramp. It’s not pain. It’s just a discomfort, which is bloating, heaviness, like there’s just a big balloon in my stomach and it’ll burst any minute. So, I need to be like this, and also the hormones.” Her comments highlight that the experience can vary from person to person and may not always be easy.

The conversation sheds light on the physical side of egg freezing, which is often not discussed openly. By sharing her experience, Akansha provided a clearer understanding of what the process can involve for some individuals.

Real Life Emily Behind The Devil Wears Prada Finally Revealed

0

When The Devil Wears Prada released in theatres, its characters quickly became popular among audiences. Roles like Miranda Priestly, Andy Sachs, Emily Charlton and Nigel Kipling are still widely remembered. It has long been known that Miranda Priestly was inspired by Anna Wintour, but the inspiration behind Emily Charlton has remained less clear until now.

Celebrity stylist Leslie Fremar recently shared that she believes she is the real life inspiration for the character Emily Charlton, played by Emily Blunt. She spoke about this during an appearance on a podcast, where she said, “I know I am. I am Emily.”

Fremar also spoke about her connection to Lauren Weisberger, who wrote the novel that inspired the film. She revealed that she was the one who hired Weisberger as a junior assistant to Anna Wintour. That experience later became the basis for the character Andy Sachs, played by Anne Hathaway. She shared, “I definitely told [Lauren] a million girls would kill for the job,” and added, “That was definitely my line because I actually really believed that, and I knew that she didn’t necessarily wanna be there.”

She also recalled a moment when Anna Wintour contacted her after the book was released. Fremar said, “I was petrified. [Wintour] said, ‘Who’s Lauren Weisberger?’ And I said, ‘She was your junior assistant.’ And she’s like, ‘Well, she wrote a book about us, and you’re worse than me,’” and added, “I wanted to, like, ask more questions, but you can’t really ask her that many questions.”

Talking about how closely the story reflected real life, Fremar explained, “Even though someone obviously advised her to make it fiction, it was really based off of a lot of things that, you know, I lived, she lived… I probably was not very nice, and I probably was high-strung because I felt like I was having to do her job as well. So for me, that was really frustrating. I think she was probably just sitting there writing a book and not necessarily taking the job as seriously as I did.”

The sequel, The Devil Wears Prada 2, is set to release on May 1, bringing renewed attention to the story and its real life inspirations.
