The latest movie Homebound by award-winning director Neeraj Ghaywan has been selected officially as India’s entry for the Best International Feature Film category at the Oscars 2026. This is creating buzz in the Indian movie industry as the film will be the representative from India on one of the world’s biggest cinematic platforms.
Produced by Dharma Productions, Homebound has a talented ensemble of Ishaan Khatter, Vishal Jethwa, and Janhvi Kapoor. The movie has been appreciated for its sensitive approach to storytelling, in line with the emotional as well as cultural reality of India.
