Kangana Ranaut slapped by CISF constable Kulwinder Kaur at Chandigarh airport

Actor-politician Kangana Ranaut, who was recently elected as MP from the Mandi Lok Sabha seat, reportedly faced an altercation at the Mohali International Airport.

According to reports, a constable-rank CISF officer allegedly slapped Ranaut during a frisking argument at Chandigarh Airport. The incident is currently under investigation by an inquiry committee comprising senior CISF officers.

A video circulating on social media shows what appears to be the aftermath of the incident, which occurred in the security holding area of the airport.

Kangana Ranaut secured her parliamentary seat by defeating Congress rival Vikramaditya Singh with a margin of over 74,000 votes.

Kangana Ranaut transitioned to politics after an illustrious acting career. She made her film debut at the age of 17 in Anurag Basu’s 2006 film “Gangster” and has since earned critical acclaim for her roles in movies such as Queen, Tanu Weds Manu, Tanu Weds Manu Returns, Manikarnika, Fashion, and Pangaa.
