The hype surrounding Daredevil: Born Again is only getting more and more real with this stunning new teaser. It locks in that not only will Charlie Cox return to the role of Matt Murdock, but it assembles a dream team-up for many Marvel mobs whose roster they wanted to see join forces in a solo Daredevil adventure. The brief tease features hard-hitting martial arts scenes, the ex-lawyer’s sarcastic one-liners, and an atmospheric feel that seems reminiscent of that street-level grime seen in Daredevil on Netflix.
The show, which will be streaming as of March 4th, sees a raft of familiar faces return alongside Cox—including Vincent D’Onofrio’s menacing Wilson Fisk (Kingpin) and Jon Bernthal’s brutal Punisher. The teaser also offers a gritty face-off with Wilson Bethel’s Bullseye and introduces Michael Gandolfini, Margarita Levieva, Jeremy Earl, and Ayelet Zurer joining the series in her role as Vanessa Marianna-Fisk (replacing Sandrine Holt). The returning ensemble is ready to dive deeper into the gray area of justice versus revenge as Murdock’s new brand of fury takes over and Fisk begins his ascent back.

The storyline of Daredevil: Born Again would add to the series’ exploration of Matt Murdock’s dual life as an attorney and a vigilante, allowing the hero more opportunity for individual development than we’ve seen in Spider-Man: No Way Home or She-Hulk: Attorney at Law. The official synopsis teases the epic showdown between Murdock and Fisk that will change everyone’s lives forever as old roles are reversed, new relationships shattered, leaving Matt asking himself just how far he is willing to go in order to absorb Maan’s New York City streets. With Bullseye, Karen Page, and Punisher on board, the show is well-positioned to hit the fans of this awesome character rejuvenated for new life in MCU.
