Cardi B And Stefon Diggs Spotted In Heated Public Argument Days After Reunion Event

0

Cardi B and Stefon Diggs recently grabbed attention after they were seen in a heated verbal exchange outside Isa Poulet. The incident happened just days after the two appeared together at Diggs’ Mother’s Day event organised through his foundation.

Videos of the argument quickly started circulating online, leading to speculation about the former couple’s current relationship. However, Cardi later addressed the moment casually on social media. She explained that she sometimes forgets she is a celebrity and joked about arguing with her baby daddy when she is hungry.

The former couple share a son who was born in November 2025. Despite their breakup, both have continued co parenting while dealing with constant public attention around their personal lives.

Interestingly, the tense moment appeared to cool down quickly. A fan who was present at the location even managed to take a selfie with Cardi shortly after the argument. Sharing the picture online, the fan wrote, “Had to wait til they stopped to get my pic :)”, suggesting the situation had settled soon after.

Cardi B and Stefon Diggs first went public with their relationship in mid 2025. Their relationship attracted significant attention online and in entertainment circles. In February 2026, reports emerged that the two had separated due to trust issues.

Since then, the pair have continued to remain in the spotlight because of their co parenting journey and occasional public appearances together. Their latest interaction has once again sparked discussion among fans on social media, especially because it came so soon after they were seen together at a family focused event.

While neither Cardi nor Diggs has shared further details about the incident, the moment highlights the challenges public figures often face when handling personal matters under constant public scrutiny.

Alia Bhatt Questions Why Bollywood Mostly Caters To Male Audiences

0

Alia Bhatt recently spoke about the need for more inclusive storytelling in Indian cinema during her visit to the Cannes Film Festival. The actress questioned why many Bollywood films are still largely made keeping male audiences in mind and said films should focus more on storytelling rather than targeting one specific gender.

In a conversation with The Hollywood Reporter India, Alia Bhatt spoke about how films with strong female audiences have achieved major success globally. Referring to movies like Barbie, Wuthering Heights and The Devil Wears Prada, she said, “When I look at the landscape, I think we’re in a very fascinating time today… If you take a look at the box office, you’ll see the films that have done phenomenally well: Barbie, Wuthering Heights, and The Devil Wears Prada.”

She further added, “These are a few; I am sure there are way more, and their main audience, perhaps, was women. Women were showing up, watching these films, which have now become massive hits.”

Alia then raised concerns about conversations often heard in Bollywood regarding box office numbers and audience demographics. According to her, there is a common belief in the industry that around 75% of moviegoers in India are men, which leads filmmakers to create content aimed mainly at male viewers.

Speaking about this, she said, “But in India, when we talk about box office and numbers, there is a conversation that comes up pretty often, which is 75% of the movie-going audience is male, so we need to cater to the masses. This conversation comes up quite a bit. I wonder if we are catering just to the men, then what happens to the women?”

The actress also spoke about the importance of making films that appeal to everyone equally. She said, “I am not saying to alienate the men, but why do we have to alienate anyone? Why do we have to cater to one gender? Why can’t we make movies that are gender-agnostic, where the storytelling takes centre stage? So, whether it stars a man or a woman, that should not matter. It is the storytelling that should matter. I’m just hoping we have more of that.”

On the work front, Alia Bhatt will next appear in Alpha alongside Sharvari and Bobby Deol. She will also reunite with Ranbir Kapoor and Vicky Kaushal in Love and War directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali. Reports also suggest she may join Tumbbad 2, although there has been no official confirmation yet.

Margaret Cho Says She Turned Down Heated Rivalry Over Fear Of ICE Detainment

0

Margaret Cho just revealed she turned down a role in one of TV’s biggest breakout queer romance series, and according to the comedian, it all came down to fear surrounding ICE and the Trump administration. During a recent appearance on the I Never Liked You podcast, Cho admitted she was offered a role in Heated Rivalry before the show exploded in popularity. But despite loving the script, she ultimately walked away from the opportunity because filming would have taken place in Canada.

Cho explained that she feared crossing the border due to her outspoken political views.

“I’m so vocal about hating ICE and hating this administration,” she said while referencing President Donald Trump.

According to Cho, she genuinely worried she could end up detained if she traveled internationally for work.

“I was like, I will get detained at the border and I will be put in ICE detention if I go,” she revealed.

The comedian said the decision deeply upset her because she believed in the project from the start. Heated Rivalry eventually became a breakout success and helped launch stars Connor Storrie and Hudson Williams into the spotlight.

Cho admitted she struggled with the decision for a long time and sought advice from multiple people before finally declining the role.

“The pilot was beautiful,” she said. “I was like, I want to do this.”

Even after stepping away from the opportunity, Cho continued following the series closely. She revealed she watched the pilot herself and even hosted rewatch parties for the show afterward.

The regret clearly still lingers.

“It kills me,” she admitted.

Cho then bluntly blamed Trump for the situation, saying, “It’s all because of Trump.”

The comedian also shared that after the first season became a massive success, she tried reaching back out to the show’s team in hopes of possibly joining future seasons. Season 2 of Heated Rivalry is expected to begin filming later this year.

Cho has remained one of Hollywood’s loudest critics of ICE policies and the Trump administration overall. Throughout the years, she has frequently used her platform to speak about immigration enforcement, LGBTQ+ rights, and political extremism.

The actress also recently criticized actor Dean Cain over his support for ICE.

Meanwhile, Heated Rivalry continues becoming one of television’s biggest LGBTQ+ romance hits, with fans already heavily anticipating season 2 after the breakout popularity of its debut season.

Barry Keoghan Opens Up About Beatles Movie, Cannes Return And Batman Part II Rumors

0

Barry Keoghan is back at the Cannes Film Festival, and this time he’s bringing a deeply personal indie drama, a growing production company, and even more mystery surrounding his possible return as the Joker in The Batman Part II. The Saltburn actor is starring alongside Riley Keough in Butterfly Jam, director Kantemir Balagov’s first English-language feature, which is opening Directors’ Fortnight at Cannes 2026.

In the film, Keoghan plays the father of a Circassian family living within a tight-knit New Jersey community. The actor admitted it feels surreal stepping into father roles now.

“Crazy. Now I’m the dad,” he joked during his Deadline interview.

The movie centers heavily on family dynamics, culture, and identity, with Keoghan describing it as a “proper European movie set in New Jersey.” He also revealed the project became the first feature involvement for his own production company, Wolfcub Productions.

Keoghan said working on Butterfly Jam reminded him why he fell in love with filmmaking in the first place.

“When it’s an independent movie, you feel the hunger on set,” he explained. “It creates a safeness for you to be vulnerable.”

The actor also praised co-star Riley Keough, calling her energy “raw,” “unpredictable,” and “astonishing to watch.”

One of the film’s standout moments involves Keoghan and Keough dancing together in a kitchen to Circassian music. According to Keoghan, the scene was meant to feel loose and organic rather than perfectly choreographed.

Fans also got a small update about Keoghan’s highly anticipated role as Ringo Starr in The Beatles – A Four-Film Cinematic Event, director Sam Mendes’ ambitious four-part Beatles film series.

Although he stayed careful not to reveal too much, Keoghan described the production as “incredible” and said Mendes has created an environment that still feels intimate despite the massive scale of the films.

“It has that indie soul to it,” he said. “I’m feeling super safe to reach and bring forward the most vulnerable truths.”

He also praised cinematographer Greig Fraser and said he has been learning a lot simply by watching the filmmaking process unfold around him.

As for the question fans really wanted answered, whether he’ll reprise his role as the Joker in The Batman Part II, Keoghan refused to confirm anything.

The actor dodged the topic completely, keeping speculation alive about whether his chilling cameo in Matt Reeves’ The Batman will lead to a larger role in the sequel.

Keoghan also reflected on his unusual “animal theme” connection with Cannes, pointing to projects like The Killing of a Sacred Deer, Bird, Butterfly Jam, and now his production company Wolfcub.

“There’s an animal theme with Cannes and me,” he laughed.

Between indie dramas, blockbuster franchises, and one of the most anticipated music films in years, Barry Keoghan’s career just keeps getting bigger, even if he still seems most comfortable in the raw chaos of smaller films.

Why Neil Gaiman Left Good Omens Before The Final Episode

0

Good Omens is officially coming to an end, but many fans have been left wondering why creator Neil Gaiman was absent from the production of the show’s final chapter. The beloved fantasy series, based on the 1990 novel co-written by Neil Gaiman and Terry Pratchett, concludes with a 90-minute finale released on May 13. While Gaiman helped create the Amazon Prime adaptation and played a major role in shaping its first two seasons, he was no longer involved behind the scenes for the finale.

His exit came after multiple women accused the author of sexual assault and misconduct.

The allegations first gained attention through the 2024 Tortoise podcast series Master before spreading more widely after several accusers spoke publicly in a New York magazine investigation.

One of the women, Scarlett Pavlovich, worked as a nanny for Gaiman and his estranged wife Amanda Palmer in New Zealand in 2022. Pavlovich alleged that while some encounters were consensual, Gaiman also engaged in sexual acts without her consent.

Another accuser, Kendra Stout, claimed Gaiman sexually assaulted her in 2007.

Additional allegations included claims that Gaiman made sexual advances toward women while his young son was present in the same room. Through representatives, Gaiman denied those allegations and called them “deplorable.”

In October 2024, Amazon confirmed that although Gaiman contributed writing to the final Good Omens episode, he would no longer be involved in the production itself.

The planned third season was later scaled back into a single 90-minute finale.

Gaiman publicly addressed the accusations in January 2025 through a statement posted on his website, strongly denying all claims of non-consensual behavior.

“I have never engaged in non-consensual sexual activity with anyone. Ever,” he wrote.

The author admitted he was “far from a perfect person” but insisted he did not accept that any abuse had taken place.

In February 2026, Gaiman addressed the allegations again on Facebook, calling the accusations part of a “smear campaign” and claiming there were emails, texts, and video evidence that contradicted the claims against him.

“The allegations against me are completely and simply untrue,” he wrote.

Despite the controversy surrounding its creator, Good Omens remained highly anticipated among fans thanks to the chemistry between David Tennant and Michael Sheen, who play demon Crowley and angel Aziraphale.

The series originally premiered in 2019 and quickly developed a passionate fanbase, especially after season 2 ended on a major emotional cliffhanger between the two characters.

Now, with the finale officially released, the series closes under very different circumstances than fans originally expected.

Raja Shivaji Nears Historic Rs. 100 Crore Mark At The Box Office

Raja Shivaji is continuing its strong run at the Indian box office. The historical drama added Rs. 2.75 crore on its 2nd Tuesday, showing a 30 per cent drop compared to its second Friday. Compared to the previous Tuesday, the film recorded a drop of around 50 per cent. Despite the slowdown, the film remains steady and has collected Rs. 24 crore during its second week in 5 days.

The movie is now expected to finish its second week with collections between Rs. 28 crore and Rs. 30 crore. Its current total stands at Rs. 85.50 crore, and it is likely to cross the Rs. 90 crore mark by the end of the week.

With its present trend, Raja Shivaji is now almost certain to cross Rs. 100 crore during its full theatrical run. This would make it the first Marathi film to achieve the milestone at the Indian box office. Earlier Marathi hits like Sairat and Baipan Bhari Deva had come close to the mark but ended their runs at around Rs. 90 crore.

One major difference this time is that Raja Shivaji also has a Hindi dubbed version, which has helped the film earn outside Maharashtra as well. In comparison, Sairat and Baipan Bhari Deva mainly depended on collections from Maharashtra alone.

At the same time, there is also discussion that the film may have had the potential to perform even better. Since the story is based on Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, expectations were naturally very high. Previous films based on Maratha history such as Tanhaji and Chhaava had achieved massive success at the Maharashtra box office. Tanhaji reportedly earned around Rs. 175 crore in Maharashtra in 2020, while Chhaava collected more than Rs. 300 crore overall.

Although Raja Shivaji may not reach those numbers, it has still emerged as a major success for Marathi cinema and is on track to create a new box office record for the industry.

The box office collections for Raja Shivaji in India are as follows:

Friday: Rs. 13.25 crore
Saturday: Rs. 12.25 crore
Sunday: Rs. 14.75 crore
Monday: Rs. 6.50 crore
Tuesday: Rs. 5.50 crore
Wednesday: Rs. 5.00 crore
Thursday: Rs. 4.25 crore

2nd Friday: Rs. 4.00 crore
2nd Saturday: Rs. 6.75 crore
2nd Sunday: Rs. 8.00 crore
2nd Monday: Rs. 2.50 crore
2nd Tuesday: Rs. 2.75 crore (est.)

Total: Rs. 85.50 crore

Chris Brown Fires Back At Haters After Brutal Album Review And Tells Critics “We Kickin’ They Ass”

0

Chris Brown is not taking criticism of his new album lightly. The singer went on a heated rant on Instagram after Pitchfork brutally slammed his latest project Brown, giving it a shockingly low score of 1.3 and calling it a “real piece of s***.” Clearly furious over the backlash, Chris addressed critics directly in an aggressive Instagram Story video posted Tuesday. “I know y’all want me to say something,” Brown said before adding, “We kickin’ they ass!”

The R&B singer continued escalating the rant, saying, “I’ma keep my foot on they neck and we ain’t stopping.”

The explosive response came shortly after Pitchfork published a scathing review of Brown, describing the album as “soulless” and accusing the singer of chasing hits without offering anything meaningful creatively.

The publication also claimed the project “doesn’t justify his return to the public eye,” reigniting conversations online about Brown’s controversial public image and past allegations.

Chris even brought Swedish pop singer Zara Larsson into the conversation after she recently revealed she has Brown’s music blocked on Spotify alongside other artists accused of abuse.

During the rant, Brown sarcastically encouraged critics to “go listen to Zara” instead.

Despite the backlash, Chris made it clear he is focused on his fans and his upcoming tour with Usher.

The highly anticipated “The R&B Tour” is set to begin in June and has already generated massive buzz online.

Social media reactions to Brown’s comments have been sharply divided. Some fans defended the singer and argued critics have unfairly targeted him for years, while others felt the threatening tone of his response only made the controversy worse.

The online debate surrounding Brown has intensified again in recent weeks, especially as he attempts another major comeback era with new music and a stadium tour rollout.

Whether the controversy ends up helping or hurting the album’s success, one thing is clear: Chris Brown is not staying quiet about the criticism.

Christopher Nolan Defends The Odyssey Casting And Armor Backlash Amid Online Debate

0

Christopher Nolan is finally addressing the online backlash surrounding The Odyssey, including criticism over the film’s armor designs, diverse casting, and even rapper Travis Scott’s surprising appearance in the movie. The Oscar-winning filmmaker spoke to Time magazine about the massive anticipation surrounding his upcoming epic, which hits theaters worldwide on July 17. Adapted from Homer’s legendary poem, The Odyssey stars Matt Damon as Odysseus and features one of the biggest ensemble casts of Nolan’s career, including Zendaya as Athena, Lupita Nyong’o as Helen of Troy, Anne Hathaway as Penelope, Tom Holland, Robert Pattinson, Charlize Theron, Jon Bernthal, and Benny Safdie.

But ever since the first look images and trailers dropped online, the movie has sparked heated debate across social media.

Some viewers criticized the armor designs worn by Nolan’s warriors, claiming they looked too modern and resembled Batman suits more than ancient Greek battle gear. Others questioned the casting of Zendaya and Lupita Nyong’o in mythological Greek roles, while rapper Travis Scott’s appearance as a bard also left audiences divided.

Nolan, however, says the creative choices were intentional and heavily researched.

“There are Mycenaean daggers that are blackened bronze,” Nolan explained while discussing the darker armor designs. “The theory is they probably could have blackened bronze in those days.”

He added that costume designer Ellen Mirojnick specifically wanted Agamemnon’s look to feel elevated and expensive compared to the rest of the warriors.

The director also defended casting Travis Scott in the film, revealing there was a deeper meaning behind the decision.

“I cast him because I wanted to nod towards the idea that this story has been handed down as oral poetry, which is analogous to rap,” Nolan said.

Online reactions to the film have been extremely mixed. Some fans are excited to see Nolan tackle ancient mythology on such a massive scale, while others argue the film is straying too far from historical authenticity.

Comments across social media and entertainment forums have ranged from praise to outright outrage.

“I’m all for diversity, but stick to history,” one person wrote.

Another commented, “Zendaya as Athena is a hard pass.”

Others defended the casting choices and pushed back against the backlash.

“Comments never disappoint. Racism at its best,” one fan wrote, while another added, “I’d go to war for Lupita. She’s absolutely stunning.”

The debate has become especially intense around Lupita Nyong’o reportedly playing Helen of Troy and her twin sister Clytemnestra, with some critics claiming the casting does not match traditional depictions of Greek mythology. However, many fans pointed out that The Odyssey is not a documentary but a cinematic interpretation by one of Hollywood’s most celebrated directors. Nolan himself compared recreating the ancient past to the speculative science behind Interstellar.

“For Interstellar, you’re asking, ‘What is the best speculation of the future?’” Nolan explained. “When you’re looking at the ancient past, it’s actually the same thing. What is the best speculation and how can I use that to create a world?”

He added that while not everyone may agree with every creative choice, the film was approached seriously and not “frivolously.”

With a reported $250 million budget, fully shot on 70mm IMAX cameras, and an all-star cast, The Odyssey is already shaping up to be one of the most talked-about movies of the year, whether audiences love the creative risks or not.
