Salman Khan’s cameos from Biwi Ho To Aisi to Raja Shivaji prove his real Star Power

0

There are many big stars in Bollywood, but Salman Khan is someone who does not need a long role to make people clap. Even if he comes on screen for a few minutes, the energy in theatres changes. As his latest appearance in Raja Shivaji (2026) creates curiosity again, it feels like the right time to talk about something people often forget, his powerful cameos. Salman Khan’s journey began with Biwi Ho To Aisi. He was not the main hero, and his role was not very big, but people still noticed him. That early moment quietly showed what would become his special strength. He could stand out without needing too much screen time. Over the years, this became his unique style.

Many actors try to dominate a film, but Salman has often done the opposite. He has stepped into films for short roles and still managed to leave a strong impact. In Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, he played Aman, a kind and loving character who almost changed the whole story. In Deewana Mastana, his sudden entry surprised everyone and became one of the most talked-about moments. In Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani, he made fun of his own image and made audiences laugh. In Tees Maar Khan, he appeared in a song that people remembered more than the film itself. Even in Zero, his short appearance added excitement to a star-filled scene.

What makes these cameos special is not just his star power, but the reason behind them. Salman Khan has often done these roles to support friends and filmmakers. In an industry where many actors protect their screen time, he has been willing to share it. This is why people in Bollywood often call him someone with a golden heart. His cameos do not feel like business decisions. They feel personal.

In recent years, his short appearances have become even bigger. When he appeared in Pathaan, audiences cheered loudly in theatres. It did not feel like a small role. It felt like a big event. That is the kind of connection he has built with the audience over time.

Now with Raja Shivaji (2026), people are once again waiting to see what he brings, even if it is for a short time. Because Salman Khan does not just enter a scene, he creates a moment.

Maybe it is time to look at his cameos in a new way. These are not just small roles. They are memorable highlights that stay with the audience. Very few actors can do this again and again.

From Biwi Ho To Aisi to Raja Shivaji (2026), Salman Khan has shown that sometimes, less screen time can create a bigger impact. And perhaps now, even he should see his cameos not as small appearances, but as a powerful part of his legacy.

Riteish Deshmukh shatters his comic image with Raja Shivaji

0

For years, Riteish Deshmukh has been the face of easy laughter in Hindi cinema. Whether it was the chaos of Housefull or the cult humour of Masti, audiences have come to expect a certain lightness from him. A performer who does not take himself too seriously, who slips into comic timing with natural ease, and who often becomes the emotional cushion in ensemble films. That image has stayed strong for nearly two decades.

So when he steps into something like Raja Shivaji, the shift is not just noticeable, it is almost disruptive.

This is not the first time he has broken away from comedy. His performance in Ek Villain was a clear reminder that beneath the humour lies a deeply controlled actor capable of menace and emotional weight. But even that film felt like an exception. Comedy remained his dominant identity in the public imagination.

Raja Shivaji, however, is a different kind of departure. It is not just about playing a serious role. It is about stepping into the legacy of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, a figure who carries immense historical, cultural and emotional significance, especially in Maharashtra. This is where the contrast becomes sharper. An actor known for playful energy now shoulders a character built on authority, vision, restraint and leadership.

What makes this transition interesting is not just the casting, but the timing. In recent years, there has been a visible trend in Indian cinema where actors consciously attempt to break their typecasting. Some succeed, some feel forced. Riteish’s shift appears more calculated than impulsive. He has slowly built credibility outside comedy through selective roles, including his Marathi directorial venture Ved, which showed a more emotionally grounded side of him.

The audience perception, however, is slower to change than an actor’s choices. For many viewers, Riteish still carries the memory of comic chaos, exaggerated expressions and self-aware humour. That baggage can become both a challenge and an advantage. If he succeeds in Raja Shivaji, the impact will be stronger precisely because expectations were so different.

There is also a deeper layer to this shift. Portraying Shivaji Maharaj is not just an acting challenge, it is a responsibility. The portrayal demands authenticity in body language, speech, and emotional depth. It requires the actor to disappear into history rather than reinterpret it casually. For someone like Riteish, who has largely operated in contemporary and comedic spaces, this means rebuilding his screen presence from the ground up.

Yet, that very distance from the expected mould could work in his favour. Audiences often respond strongly when an actor surprises them. The unfamiliarity forces viewers to engage more actively, to reassess what they think they know about the performer.

This is where the “diametrically opposite” nature of the role becomes important. It is not just about proving versatility. It is about redefining identity. If Raja Shivaji works, it could shift Riteish Deshmukh from being seen as a dependable comic actor to a more complete performer who can move between extremes without losing credibility.

At its core, this transition raises a larger question about how we, as audiences, limit actors. We often reward consistency but hesitate to accept change. Riteish’s move challenges that instinct. It asks whether we are ready to see him not as the man who makes us laugh, but as someone who can command silence, intensity and respect on screen.

And perhaps that is the real story here. Not just an actor changing roles, but an image being rewritten in real time.

Check out Olivia Rodrigo – begged Song Lyrics

All that I want is to know undoubtedly
That you just have eyes for me
Could you make it clear?
All that I want is to sit here silently
And watch movies on TV
What a shame, you’re not here
Here to witness my devotion
And my endless well of needs
I’m an anchor in the ocean
You know I could never leave

So, I’m patient, you’re learning, pretend it’s not hurting, oh, woah (Oh, woah)
‘Cause they say it’s a virtue to not let good love slip away (‘Way)
So, I’m cool and forgiving, I’ll take what you’rе giving, oh, woah (Oh, ah)
But nothing’s quite enough when I know that to gеt it, I begged
Yeah, to get it, I begged

And I have this thought when I lay in bed at night
That I feel trapped inside my life
Is that a normal thing to fight back the waves
Of a static lover’s dread?
I’m overwhelmed, I’m underfed
And yet I still cling (Cling to hope like)
Cling to hope like snow on mountains (Careless)
Careless words melt it away (Melt away)
I’m a penny in a fountain, just waiting on my luck to change

So, I’m patient, you’re learning, pretend it’s not hurting, oh, woah (Oh, woah)
‘Cause they say it’s a virtue to not let good love slip away (‘Way)
So, I’m cool and forgiving, I’ll take what you’re giving, oh, woah (Ooh, ah)
But nothing’s quite enough when I know that to get it, I begged
Yeah, to get it, I begged

Bhooth Bangla Shows Strong Hold In Third Week

The film Bhooth Bangla, starring Akshay Kumar, is continuing its steady performance at the Indian box office. On its third Sunday, the movie collected around Rs. 5.50 crore nett, which helped it close its third weekend with a total of about Rs. 14.50 crore nett. This shows a drop of less than 50 per cent compared to the previous weekend, which is considered a strong hold, especially as the film is facing competition from Raja Shivaji in Maharashtra and nearby regions.

After completing three weeks in theatres, the total collection of the film in India has reached approximately Rs. 136.50 crore nett. The film is also doing well internationally. It has earned around USD 5.50 million, which is about Rs. 52 crore, in overseas markets. This brings its total worldwide box office gross to around Rs. 216 crore.

Based on its current performance, Bhooth Bangla is expected to cross the Rs. 150 crore nett mark in India soon. If the film continues to attract audiences even after its fourth week, it may go on to reach around Rs. 160 crore nett. With these numbers, the film has already been declared a HIT. It is the third successful Bollywood film of the year after Border 2 and Dhurandhar 2. In terms of profits, Bhooth Bangla is currently ranked second this year, performing better than Border 2 because that film had higher production costs.

For Akshay Kumar, this success is important. In recent years, especially after the pandemic, he has had a series of films that did not perform well at the box office. Last year showed some improvement, with three films doing reasonably well, though none were major hits. Now, Bhooth Bangla has given him a clear HIT.

The performance of actors like Akshay Kumar is important for the film industry. While he may not always deliver very high earning films like Rs. 500 crore grossers, consistently delivering two or three successful films in a year helps keep the box office active. Compared to many other actors who release fewer films, Akshay Kumar’s regular releases play a key role in maintaining audience interest. Only a few actors like Ajay Devgn have a similar level of consistent output.

Here is a simple look at the film’s box office numbers. In week one, the film collected Rs. 80.50 cr. In week two, it earned Rs. 41.50 cr. In the third week, it collected Rs. 4.50 cr on Friday, Rs. 4.50 cr on Saturday, and Rs. 5.50 cr on Sunday. This brings the total to Rs. 136.50 cr.

Why Mukesh Khanna Never Married His Honest Answer Will Surprise You

0

Mukesh Khanna, best known for playing the iconic superhero in Shaktimaan, has always been known for speaking his mind. Even at 67, he continues to share his thoughts openly about life, relationships, and marriage. In a recent interview, he explained why he never got married and what he truly believes about love and commitment.

Mukesh made it clear that even though he has never married, he strongly believes in the idea of marriage. He said many people think that staying single means someone does not value marriage, but for him, it is the opposite. He believes marriage is something very special and meaningful. According to him, it is not something you should rush into or force. Instead, he feels it happens when the time is right.

He explained that he believes in destiny. He feels that the person he is meant to marry already exists somewhere, and when the right moment comes, they will meet. He said if marriage was meant to happen earlier in his life, it would have happened by now. This belief has helped him stay calm and patient about his personal life.

Mukesh also spoke about how he sees marriage as more than just a relationship. For him, it is a deep connection between two souls. He shared that according to spiritual beliefs, a life partner is someone connected to your past life and plays a role in shaping your journey. This makes marriage much more meaningful than just companionship.

Talking about love, Mukesh said he believes true love happens only once in a lifetime. He feels that if someone keeps falling in love again and again, it is not real love but more like attraction or temporary feelings. He also shared that saying “I love you” to multiple people takes away the true value of those words.

He also spoke strongly against the idea that having many relationships proves masculinity. According to him, a person does not need multiple affairs to show strength or confidence. He believes respect, values, and emotional understanding are far more important.

Mukesh ended by saying that he deeply respects women and his views are not against them. Instead, he believes in giving relationships the seriousness and respect they truly deserve.

But even with all the success, Anne recently shared that there is one small thing she feels disappointed about.

In a recent interview with people, Anne revealed that her favourite fashion look from the film did not make it into the final version. Talking about the outfit, Anne described it as a unique and stylish piece designed by Phoebe Philo. She called it more of a “garment” than just a regular outfit and said she loved it a lot. Even though the scene was cut, fans still got to see the look because paparazzi clicked her pictures while she was filming in New York in 2025.

The outfit was simple yet eye catching. It included an oversized white T shirt with a long flowing train, paired with loose white trousers from Nili Lotan. She completed the look with white heels from Prada, black sunglasses, a chunky silver necklace, and a stylish black bag from Coach. Even though it did not appear in the film, it still caught the attention of fashion lovers.

Anne also spoke about how her character has changed over the years. She explained that Andy is now more confident and focused on being herself, unlike before when she tried hard to impress others.

Even though her favourite look was cut, Anne recently surprised fans by bringing back one of Andy’s iconic outfits from the original film during her appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.

This Was Not Just a Concert Shakira Made History on Copacabana Beach

0

The beach was already full of energy long before the music even started. Lights lit up the night sky and fans began arriving hours early, slowly turning the area into a massive crowd. But what happened next was much bigger than just a concert. It became a once in a lifetime moment that people will remember for years.

Shakira delivered a huge free concert at Copacabana Beach, attracting nearly two million people. The show was part of her Las Mujeres Ya No Llora world tour, inspired by her 2024 album. The famous beach turned into a sea of fans, all gathered to see her perform. This kind of large public concert has become popular in Rio, with artists like Madonna and Lady Gaga also drawing massive crowds in recent years.

The concert began late at night around 11 pm, with drones lighting up the sky and spelling out a message of love for Brazil in Portuguese. The crowd cheered loudly as Shakira spoke to them, sharing how she first came to Brazil at just 18 years old with dreams of performing for such a huge audience. Seeing that dream come true made the moment even more emotional.

Throughout the night, she performed many of her biggest hits like “Hips Don’t Lie,” “Waka Waka,” and “Can’t Remember to Forget You.” The energy never dropped as fans sang and danced along across the massive beach.

One of the most exciting moments came when Brazilian star Anitta joined her on stage. Together they performed “Choka Choka” live for the first time, which sent the crowd into a frenzy.

Shakira also took a moment to share an inspiring message, speaking about strength and how women rise stronger after tough times. Beyond the music, the event also showed how Rio uses such concerts to bring in tourists and support the local economy, especially between major festivals like Carnival and New Year celebrations.
