Harry Potter Star Bonnie Wright Announces Second Pregnancy

Bonnie Wright has shared that she is expecting her second child with her husband Andrew Lococo. The actor, known for playing Ginny Weasley in the Harry Potter films, posted the update on Instagram. She mentioned that the baby is expected to arrive in autumn this year.

She shared the news through a series of photos. In one image, she is sitting on a couch with her 2 year old son Elio Ocean Wright Lococo. She is wearing a white t shirt and beige pants, and her baby bump is visible. In another photo, her son Elio is seen gently facing her belly, creating a simple and emotional moment.

Along with the pictures, she wrote, “Two babies on my lap. Our second little earthling joining us this autumn.” The post quickly received attention from fans and people from the film industry.

Evanna Lynch, who played Luna Lovegood in the same film series, also reacted to the news. She commented, “Ahhh congratulations Bonnie!!!” showing her support and happiness.

Before making the official announcement, Bonnie had hinted at the news on her Instagram stories. She wrote, “Just shared some very special news on the grid,” which made her followers curious.

Bonnie Wright and Andrew Lococo first met in 2020 and later got married in March 2022. The couple welcomed their first child, Elio, in September 2023.

In addition to her personal update, Bonnie had earlier spoken about the upcoming Harry Potter reboot. She shared her thoughts on what advice she would give to the next actor who takes on the role of Ginny Weasley. She said, “I think every actor stepping into all the roles, I hope, really go from the book and they take their interpretation of the characters from the book as the original source of material. And I just hope that they do what they wanna do and they make their character who they envision Ginny to be. And I think that’s what’s cool, that other people can give her character and all the others new life.”

She also added, “So I don’t think I would… I guess the only thing I would say is like, be present in the moment. Enjoy every minute of it, would be the only thing I would say,”.

What makes Dhurandhar The Revenge a must-watch more than once

0

There was a time when a single line like “how’s the josh” from Uri became a national emotion, and even today it continues to echo with pride. Now, a similar kind of wave seems to be building around Dhurandhar: The Revenge, and it is clearly not without reason. When I first watched the film, I felt it was impressive, but I also thought it might not have strong repeat value because of its intense violence and long action sequences. However, on watching it again, the experience completely changed. I began to notice finer details that I had missed earlier, and it made me realise something very important about filmmaking.

What truly stands out in both parts of Dhurandhar is its editing. It is tight, crisp, and incredibly effective. Interestingly, just when I was about to write about this second viewing experience, the film’s director himself shared a similar appreciation (on his X handle), highlighting the role of the editor as the real force behind the storytelling flow.

While watching the film, there were several moments that left me in awe, not because I was part of the hype, but because I genuinely look at cinema with a critical eye. There are many subtle details that can easily be missed if you watch the film casually. For instance, there is a small hand expression by Rakesh Bedi’s character at the end of a particular scene. It is such a tiny gesture, but it carries significant meaning.

I also want to mention the long clash just before the climax between Hamza and Major Iqbal, where both sides are fighting as if it is an all-out war. The editing in such a complex action sequence is truly remarkable. It reflects not just the final cut, but the entire process of imagining the shots, executing them with detailed choreography involving so many actors, and ensuring everything comes together in a coordinated manner. When just watching such a sequence feels overwhelming, one can only imagine the effort that went into shooting and editing it. It is nothing short of applause-worthy.

One scene that deserves special mention is when Jaskirat, aka Hamza, returns to his home in Pathankot. The scene has no dialogue, only a background song that quietly expresses everything that is happening internally. Ranveer Singh’s performance here is remarkable. He moves from being the raw and grounded Jaskirat to the ruthless Hamza and then circles back emotionally. Standing just yards away from his home, his eyes do all the talking. The way the scene ends leaves the audience to interpret what happens next, and that is what makes it truly powerful. Credit for this goes to Ranveer Singh, director Aditya Dhar, and editor Shivkumar Panicker.

While there is a lot to praise about the film, what makes it even more meaningful is when the appreciation comes from the director himself, the captain of the ship. It shows how deeply he values the final product and the people who helped shape his vision, sometimes even beyond what he had imagined.

Director Aditya Dhar recently shared a heartfelt note on his X (Twitter) handle, expressing his admiration for someone who often remains unnoticed by audiences, the editor, Shivkumar Panicker. His words reflect not just professional respect but a deep personal bond.

Here’s what he said,

“Here’s to Shivkumar Panicker

Some relationships in filmmaking aren’t built on a single film, they’re built over years of trust, instinct, and standing by each other when it matters the most. Shiv has been that for me and much more.
He is not just my editor. He is my closest friend, my brother, my confidant, the kind of person whose loyalty is so absolute, it humbles you.
The kind of person who would stand for you, fight for you and if it ever came to it, even lay everything on the line for you.
And then there’s the genius.
Shiv is, without a doubt, one of the sharpest and smartest film editors I have ever known.
But what makes him truly exceptional is not just his craft, it’s his instinct.
His understanding of rhythm, emotion, and storytelling is almost frighteningly precise.
He doesn’t just edit a film, he breathes life into it.
With Dhurandhar, what he pulled off feels nothing short of miracle.
Yes, the decision to split the film into two parts was mine but the responsibility of making that decision work fell entirely on him. And the way he carried that on his shoulders, the way he shaped it, elevated it, and made it seamless was extraordinary.
In timelines that were, quite honestly, the craziest I have ever seen.
Where films of this scale take months, sometimes years to edit, Shiv delivered in a matter of days. Days. And not just delivered, he delivered excellence. The sharpest possible version of the film, under pressure that would break most people.
What we achieved with Dhurandhar, the scale, the quality, the deadlines is unheard of.
It breaks every conventional norm that filmmaking has followed for years. And a massive part of that credit belongs to him.
But what makes this even more special is that his contribution didn’t begin in the edit room.
He was there from the very beginning.
Like a silent co-director.
Through writing. Through prep. Through the chaos of shoot. Through post. Always present. Always thinking. Always pushing the film to be better.
He never once allowed the pressure to dilute the work.
He never once chose convenience over conviction.
He never once stepped back.
That integrity, that hunger, that loyalty is rare.
And it’s something I will carry with me for life.
The truth is, I don’t see myself making a film without him. Not now. Not ever. In many ways, he is my responsibility for life, just as much as he has made every film of mine his own.
Some contributions can be measured.
And then there are people like Shiv who become a part of your journey in a way that words can never fully capture.
Endless love, respect, and gratitude.
Dhurandhar will always carry his heartbeat within it. ❤️”

In the end, what Dhurandhar really highlights is something audiences often overlook. Behind the scale, the performances, and the spectacle, there are craftsmen who quietly shape the soul of a film. And sometimes, it takes a second viewing to truly see their work.

Karishma Tanna Announces First Pregnancy With Husband Varun Bangera At 42 Fans React

0

Karishma Tanna has shared that she is expecting her first child at the age of 42. She announced the news on April 6 through Instagram, where she posted pictures from a photoshoot with her husband Varun Bangera. The caption read, “A little miracle, our greatest gift August 2026.” The announcement was welcomed by fans and people from the film and television industry.

Her news also adds to a growing trend often referred to as the 40s club, where women choose to have children later in life. Other celebrities like Katrina Kaif and Divyanka Tripathi have also recently shared similar updates about pregnancy.

At the same time, Karishma Tanna’s pregnancy has brought attention to an important health topic. Doctors use the term advanced maternal age for pregnancies after the age of 35. This medical term highlights that such pregnancies may come with higher risks compared to those in the 20s or early 30s.

Even though it is medically considered higher risk, it is becoming more common today. Many women are choosing to focus on their careers, financial stability and personal readiness before starting a family. As a result, pregnancies in the 40s are no longer seen as unusual.

According to Neelam Suri, a senior consultant in obstetrics and gynaecology, “Pregnancy later in life is no longer unusual. With the right medical care, many women experience positive outcomes, though the risks are inherently higher than in one’s 20s,”. This highlights the importance of proper medical guidance and regular checkups during such pregnancies.

Modern healthcare and medical advancements have made it possible for many women to have safe pregnancies even at a later age. Regular monitoring, early diagnosis and better treatment options play a key role in reducing risks.

As Karishma Tanna prepares to welcome her baby in August 2026, her journey reflects a larger shift in how people approach parenthood today. It also shows that while there are risks involved, awareness and proper care can help manage them effectively.

Project Hail Mary Beats Interstellar To Set New Record In India

The film Project Hail Mary has achieved a major milestone at the Indian box office. In just 11 days since its release, the film has earned ₹45.5 crore gross, making it the highest grossing space genre film in India so far. The movie stars Ryan Gosling and has continued to perform steadily in theatres.

One of the notable aspects of its performance is the trend seen during its second weekend. The collection from Friday, Saturday and Sunday in the second weekend was higher than the first opening weekend. This indicates that more people are choosing to watch the film after its release, which often suggests positive audience response.

With this achievement, Project Hail Mary has gone past the lifetime collections of several well known Hollywood space films in India. These include Interstellar which had earned ₹45 crore excluding last year’s re release, Gravity which also earned ₹45 crore, and The Martian which collected ₹32 crore. This sets a new record for films of this genre in the country.

The film’s steady performance shows that audiences in India are showing increasing interest in science fiction stories, especially those with large scale visuals and strong concepts. It also suggests that word of mouth has played a role in bringing more viewers to theatres over time.

Another important point is the film’s journey in India. In the beginning, it faced competition for premium screens from a strong local release. Despite that, it has managed to gain more screens and is now performing well across premium formats.

Project Hail Mary is presented by Amazon MGM Studios and distributed by Sony Pictures Releasing International. It is available in English, Hindi, Tamil and Telugu and is being shown in IMAX and other premium large screen formats.

Overall, the film’s box office numbers reflect consistent audience interest and highlight how certain films can grow over time through positive response and wider reach.

Zakir Khan Roast On Dhurandhar Success Leaves Bollywood Divided

0

The Chetak Screen Awards 2026 took place in Mumbai on April 5 and saw a mix of entertainment, humour, and discussion. Comedian Zakir Khan co hosted the event and became one of the main highlights of the evening because of his sharp and bold jokes.

During the show, Zakir Khan spoke about the success of the film Dhurandhar The Revenge, which stars Ranveer Singh. The film has performed very well at the box office and has earned more than ₹1,600 crore worldwide since its release on March 19. It is an espionage thriller and has gained strong attention from audiences.

While talking about the film’s success, Zakir Khan made a joke suggesting that while people in areas like Bandra and Juhu were publicly celebrating the film, there might be some private jealousy within the film industry about its success. His comment pointed towards the idea that an outsider led film achieving such big numbers may not be welcomed equally by everyone in the industry.

The reaction to this joke was mixed. Some people in the audience laughed, while others appeared silent or uncomfortable. On social media, many users appreciated the comment and said it reflected a certain reality. At the same time, some critics felt that the joke was made to please the audience and called it unnecessary.

Apart from this moment, the awards ceremony also recognised achievements in cinema. Director Aditya Dhar won the Best Dialogue award for his work in Dhurandhar The Revenge. The film’s strong performance was visible both at the box office and at the event.

Actor Alia Bhatt also received attention during the evening as she made her hosting debut. She appeared in a tuxedo and handled her role with confidence, adding to the overall appeal of the event.

Overall, the Chetak Screen Awards 2026 featured a mix of celebration, humour, and discussion, with Zakir Khan’s comments becoming one of the most talked about moments of the night.

Taylor Frankie Paul Says She’s Living Through “Hell on Earth” Amid Ongoing DV Drama

0

Reality TV star Taylor Frankie Paul is opening up about what she calls the darkest chapter of her life, describing the past few weeks as nothing short of “hell on earth.” In an emotional message shared with fans, Taylor revealed she has been battling intense panic attacks and overwhelming stress as she navigates ongoing domestic violence allegations involving her ex, Dakota Mortensen. Without going into full detail about the accusations, she made it clear that the emotional toll has been severe, saying she felt like her body was “breaking down” under the weight of everything happening around her.

At the center of this controversy is a temporary protective order that has significantly impacted her personal life. Taylor has temporarily lost custody of her 2-year-old son, Ever, following claims made by Dakota about a “chaotic” and “frightening” incident. According to those claims, she allegedly choked him, scratched him, and forcibly removed a necklace during the altercation. These allegations have not only escalated the legal situation but have also shaped public perception around the case.

This is not the first time Taylor’s relationship has made headlines. A previously surfaced video from 2023 showed a heated moment where she was seen throwing barstools during an argument, an incident that led to her arrest and triggered a wave of fallout across her career. The ripple effects have been real. Her association with shows like The Bachelorette was impacted, with her season reportedly being canceled amid the controversy.

But in her latest message, Taylor isn’t focusing on the headlines or the backlash. Instead, she’s leaning into faith. She told her followers that her relationship with God has been the one constant holding her together through what she describes as unbearable circumstances. She even spoke about experiencing “undeniable signs” that reassured her she is not alone during this period.

There is also a sense that her story is far from complete. Taylor hinted that there are details she has not yet shared publicly and expressed that she “can’t wait” for the time when she can finally tell her side in full. That line alone signals that this situation may evolve further, both legally and publicly.

What makes this moment particularly intense is the collision of personal trauma, public scrutiny, and legal complications. This is no longer just influencer drama. It is a deeply serious situation involving custody, allegations of violence, and a very visible emotional breakdown playing out in real time.

And yet, through all of it, Taylor’s message is not one of defeat. It is messy, emotional, and unresolved, but it is also rooted in survival. She is not trying to control the narrative right now. She is trying to get through it.

For now, the legal battle continues, the custody situation remains in flux, and the public conversation is only getting louder. But if there is one thing clear from her latest statement, it is this: she believes this is not the end of her story.

Robert Downey Jr Drops Major Avengers Doomsday Spoilers Through Easter Eggs

0

Robert Downey Jr has shared an interesting hint about the upcoming film Avengers Doomsday during Easter this year. The actor, who is widely known for playing Iron Man, is returning to the Marvel Cinematic Universe. However, this time he will not be seen as Iron Man. Instead, he will appear as Doctor Doom.

The update came through his Instagram post where he shared an image of Doctor Doom holding a basket filled with Easter eggs. These eggs were not ordinary. Each one had symbols connected to different Marvel characters, giving fans clues about who might appear in the film.

Some of the clearly visible symbols included a blood covered shield of Captain America, references to Spider Man, Black Panther, the Avengers logo shown as a cracked egg, as well as hints of the X Men and the Fantastic Four which appeared crossed out. Other characters hinted at include Namor and Shang Chi.

Fans also noticed something unusual. There were two eggs related to Spider Man, which has led to speculation about multiple versions of the character appearing in the story.

The film already has a large cast. Along with Robert Downey Jr, actors like Chris Evans, Chris Hemsworth, Anthony Mackie, Sebastian Stan, Paul Rudd, Letitia Wright, Florence Pugh, Simu Liu and Tom Hiddleston are confirmed to appear. Many other well known actors are also part of the project, making it one of the biggest Marvel films so far.

Avengers Doomsday is expected to release in Indian theatres on 18th December 2026. The teaser has already increased curiosity among fans as they try to understand how all these characters will connect in the story.

Blake Lively Says Her Fight Isn’t Over After Justin Baldoni Lawsuit Gets Narrowed

0

Blake Lively is not framing the latest court ruling in her legal battle with Justin Baldoni as a defeat. She is framing it as a reset. After a federal judge dismissed 10 of the 13 claims in her lawsuit, including her sexual harassment claim, Lively responded publicly by saying the heart of her case is still alive and that she is still determined to take it to trial. The remaining claims, including retaliation and breach of contract-related claims, are still moving forward, and the trial is scheduled for May 18.

That is the part that matters most here. Yes, the lawsuit has been significantly narrowed. But no, it has not disappeared.

The judge’s decision did not declare that nothing improper happened. Instead, the ruling turned heavily on legal structure. According to multiple reports, Lively’s sexual harassment claim was dismissed because she was classified as an independent contractor rather than an employee, which meant federal workplace harassment protections under Title VII did not apply in the way her team argued. At the same time, the court left room for many of the underlying allegations to still be examined as part of the retaliation case.

That distinction is important, because it changes the public reading of the case.

If you just look at the headlines, it sounds like the lawsuit was gutted. And in a technical sense, a large part of it was. But the broader conflict between Lively and Baldoni is very much still on. Her team has argued that after she raised concerns about conditions on set, Baldoni and others retaliated against her and tried to damage her reputation. The judge allowed those retaliation-related claims to continue, which means this is still a very live dispute heading toward court.

Lively’s public response leaned into that reality. In her statement, she said she brought the case because of the retaliation she faced after asking for a safe working environment for herself and others. She also used a dragon emoji, which instantly became part of the online conversation because of earlier reports tied to text messages referenced in Baldoni’s now-dismissed countersuit.

And that is what makes this moment so interesting. The legal ruling narrowed the case, but the optics war did not end for even a second.

Blake Lively Says Her Fight Isn’t Over After Justin Baldoni Lawsuit Gets Narrowed 2

Baldoni’s side has treated the dismissal as a major vindication. Lively’s side has treated it as a technical setback that does not touch the core of what she says happened. Both sides are now speaking to two audiences at once: the court and the internet.

This is why the case has become bigger than just one on-set dispute. It has turned into a public fight about power, image, workplace boundaries, and what people hear when they see the phrase “claims dismissed.” For some, that means the story is over. Legally, it is not. For others, it means the most serious accusations were weakened. That part is true. But it is also true that the claims still going forward are substantial enough to keep this case in the headlines and in court.

There is also something very Hollywood about the way this is unfolding. The original dispute grew out of It Ends With Us, a film that was already surrounded by intense conversation. Now the movie has become almost secondary to the legal drama around it. Every ruling, statement, and social media post is being read as part of a larger narrative battle.

And Lively’s latest message made one thing very clear: she is not backing off.

Her sexual harassment claim may be gone. Much of the original complaint may be gone. But the retaliation allegations remain, the trial remains, and the fight over what actually happened is far from settled.

Priyadarshan Calls Bollywood Entourage Culture The Worst Thing

0

Filmmaker Priyadarshan has spoken about the issue of entourage culture in Bollywood, calling it a major problem on film sets. He shared his views while talking about how large groups that accompany actors often create difficulties during shooting.

According to him, many actors arrive on set with a large number of people, which makes the working environment crowded. He explained that this affects the shooting process and even makes it hard for him to focus on framing scenes properly.

He said, “I tell you, I hate it. That’s the worst thing happening in Bollywood. Where four actors are there, 40–60 people are also there with them. Because of that, I can’t even see my frame. They’re all around, touching the hair, nothing to touch, most of them don’t even have hair, so what they’re doing there? And I’m saying, ‘please clear, please clear.’ There is so much crowd. The paraphernalia around actors is more than my entire setup.”

Priyadarshan also compared this with the working style in South Indian film industries. He said that such large entourages are not allowed on set there. Even if actors have support staff, they are called only when needed and do not stay around during filming.

He further pointed out that some members of these entourages earn more than experienced actors used to earn earlier. Referring to veteran actor Asrani, he said, “They’re earning much more than many known actors, like people like Asrani sir and all. They were getting much less money than these people. This nuisance is not there in the South. Even if they are there, they don’t enter the set. Only when the actors call, they come. Here, they just come and stand there,” he said.

Priyadarshan also spoke about his experience working with Asrani, who passed away in October 2025. He shared that the actor will be seen in his upcoming film Bhooth Bangla, which will be released after his death. He said, “Asrani sir, I am so lucky. I finished both the films with him, the last two films I directed, and the last shot was taken, and two days later he died.”

The film Bhooth Bangla also marks the reunion of Priyadarshan with actor Akshay Kumar after more than 15 years. The film also features Paresh Rawal, Tabu and Wamiqa Gabbi in important roles.

Mukesh Chhabra Reveals Why A New Face Was Cast Opposite Ranveer Singh

0

Director Aditya Dhar has received strong response for his film Dhurandhar The Revenge, which released on March 19. The film has been performing well at the box office and has been appreciated for its action and story. It features actors like Ranveer Singh, Sanjay Dutt, R Madhavan, Arjun Rampal and others in key roles.

One of the performances that has gained attention is by Sara Arjun, who plays the role of Yalina, Ranveer Singh’s wife in the film. This is her first film as a lead actor, although she had earlier worked as a child artist.

Casting director Mukesh Chhabra recently spoke about why Sara Arjun was chosen for the role instead of a more popular actress. He explained that the team wanted someone new who would fit the character naturally without any previous image.

He said, “Aditya ko bhi bahut saare log message kar rahe the ki unhe Ranveer ke opposite cast hona hai, mujhe bhi messages aarahe the. But I told Aditya very clearly, hume ek aisa face chahiye jo sirf uss jagah ka lage, koi purana baggage naa ho (A lot of people were messaging Aditya, saying they wanted to be cast opposite Ranveer. I was getting messages as well. But I told Aditya very clearly that we needed a face that truly looked like she belonged to that place, without any old baggage). So a new face would work better because any actor who has done two films with Ranveer, that connection won’t be established because his character is going to Pakistan and meeting her.”

He also shared details about the selection process. According to him, the team conducted a large number of auditions before finalizing the actor. He said, “Toh completely fresh face hona chahiye tha. Though Sara had done films before as a child actor, but she had never done full-fledged roles in Bollywood films. We were clear ki agar hum uss duniya main jaa rah hain, toh ekdum surprise hona chahiye kj ladki kaun hai.

Hume itne auditions kiya, 1200-1300 audition kiye aur fir humne Sara ko final audition kiya. We were also craving for a new face (So it had to be a completely fresh face. Though Sara had acted in films before as a child actor, she had never done full-fledged roles in Bollywood films. We were clear that if we were entering that world, it had to feel like a complete surprise people should wonder who this girl is. We held so many auditions, around 1,200–1,300 in all, and then we finally auditioned Sara. We were also craving a new face).”

The decision to cast a new actor appears to have worked, as Sara Arjun’s performance is being noticed by audiences.
