Pandian Cinemas in Karaikudi took to their official Instagram page to address the situation and express serious concern over fan behaviour. In a strongly worded statement, the theatre said they have always aimed to create a joyful atmosphere where fans can celebrate cinema freely — cheering, dancing, and expressing their love for films. They acknowledged that fan enthusiasm is what makes cinema culture special, but emphasized that there must be limits.

The statement revealed that their theatre screen was damaged due to “unacceptable behaviour” inside the premises. They warned that while celebrations are welcome, destruction of theatre property is strictly unacceptable. Such incidents, they noted, lead to financial losses, disrupted shows, and inconvenience to other moviegoers.

The management concluded with a firm message: “NO MORE mashups and ‘Once More’ celebrations during the Mankatha re-release.
