Aryabhatt Ka Zero Teaser Shows Himansh Kohli’s Emotional Journey

The teaser of Aryabhatt Ka Zero introduces Himansh Kohli as a young man fighting failure, heartbreak, and family pressure ahead of its August 7 release.

The makers of Aryabhatt Ka Zero have released the film’s official teaser, giving audiences a first look at the emotional drama starring Himansh Kohli. Lasting 1 minute and 10 seconds, the teaser follows the struggles of a young man dealing with heartbreak, repeated failures, family pressure, and society’s criticism as he searches for respect and a better future.

The teaser begins with a television news bulletin where a news anchor says, “Lovers who suffer heartbreak often become alcoholics, fanatics or even killers. But here, a heartbroken lover became an IAS officer.” Inspired by the report, Himansh Kohli’s character tells his parents that he wants to become an IAS officer and a District Magistrate. Instead of receiving encouragement, he is slapped by his father, setting the stage for the challenges that follow.

Veteran actor Ravi Kishan also appears in the teaser, playing a character who shares life lessons with the young man. In one scene, he says, “A man who eats at his former lover’s wedding never goes hungry because he becomes shameless.” Later, he tries to encourage the protagonist by saying, “Whatever happens, happens for the best,” to which Himansh’s character replies, “Nothing good ever happens to me.” These conversations highlight the emotional struggles and self doubt faced by the main character.

The teaser also includes scenes of action, emotional family moments, and personal challenges. Towards the end, the protagonist says, “I’ve lived like a poor man for long enough… now I want respect.” The final moments are accompanied by the song Dil Farzi, adding an emotional touch to the teaser.

In the film, Himansh Kohli plays Brahamgupta Shrivastava, also known as Baggu, a 25 year old middle class man who is seen as a failure by those around him. As he faces one setback after another, he slowly develops confidence and determination, changing the direction of his life.

The film also stars Sonal Sehgal, Darshana Banik, Naresh Vohra, Alka Amin, and Neeraj Sood in important roles, while Shilpa Shinde makes a special appearance. Directed by Kamal Chandra, Aryabhatt Ka Zero is scheduled to release in theatres on 7 August. It is produced by Birender Bhagat, Ravi S. Gupta, Sanjay Nagpal, and Sheo Balak Singh under the banners of Newtech Media Entertainment, Radhika G Films, and Sunil Sihag Gora Films, in association with A2R Films.
