Ajay Devgn’s SON OF SARDAR has generated much curiosity, and no wonder press and electronic media are abuzz with the latest happenings about this star studded film. Directed by Ashwini Dheer, the film stars Ajay Devgn, Sanjay Dutt, Mukul Dev, Juhi Chawla, Sonakshi Sinha and Vindoo Singh.

The film will be another back-to-back comedy outing for Mukul Dev, who was much appreciated for his wacky comedy in the just released CHAAR DIN KI CHANDNI. In fact it was Mukul who had informed us that he was essaying an important role in the film, and that the shooting of SON OF SARDAR would take place in and around Chandigarh, and in the royal town of Patiala, and we had in turn informed our patrons about it.

To know more about the film we decided to ask Mukul Dev, who plays a very important character in the film and he said, “I essay the role of Sanjay Dutt’s brother.” When we queried him further to reveal about the film he said, “SON OF SARDAR is about two warring/feuding Sardar families. However the situation has been humorously handled.”
Well, after talking to Mukul we are sure that after SINGH IS KINNG (another film that had a Sardar playing a lead protagonist) we have another super hit rib tickling comedy in the making.
