Alaya F shares her most painful fail from stability ball during her workout session in gym

Alaya F, who recently gained attention for her role in the hit film Srikanth, shared a humorous yet painful moment from her fitness training on Instagram Stories. In the video, Alaya attempts to balance on a gym ball but loses her balance and takes a tumble. Thankfully, she avoided any serious injury, though she admitted the fall was quite painful.

Accompanying the video, Alaya wrote: “My most painful fail yet. (This is why it’s important to NOT try this at home without trained supervision and crash mats). Watch this with sound on (sic).” The clip garnered reactions from her followers, including a clapping emoji from Priyanka and an amazed comment from Saiyami Kher saying, “Woah”.

Alaya F made her acting debut in Jawaani Jaaneman alongside Saif Ali Khan and has since appeared in movies like Freddy, Always Pyaar With DJ Mohabbat, U-Turn, and Bade Miyan Chote Miyan.
