Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai Release Date Shifted Again

0

The upcoming Hindi film Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai has undergone a release date revision and will now arrive in cinemas on June 5. The project was earlier slated for a May 22 release but has now been shifted back to its originally planned date. This change places the film immediately after the conclusion phase of the IPL season, a window often considered more stable for theatrical footfall.

The film features Varun Dhawan, Mrunal Thakur, and Pooja Hegde in lead roles. It is directed by David Dhawan, who is known for delivering comedy driven entertainers within the mainstream Hindi film space. With this project, the director continues in a familiar genre zone, combining elements of romance and humor aimed at a wide audience base.

From a trade perspective, the date adjustment appears strategic. The May 22 slot would have placed the film in direct overlap with ongoing cricket viewership, which typically impacts box office performance, particularly for mass oriented films. By moving to June 5, the film benefits from clearer audience availability and reduced competition from non film entertainment.

The production is backed by Tips Films Ltd, with Maximillian Films UK attached as co producer. The collaboration indicates a structured production setup with potential for both domestic and overseas distribution alignment.

The repositioning of the release date suggests a calculated approach rather than a reactive shift. The June corridor has historically supported mid scale to large commercial films, especially those relying on family audiences and repeat viewing potential.

At this stage, the film remains positioned as a standard commercial entertainer within the Hindi film market. Its performance will depend on content reception, music traction, and word of mouth post release. The revised date gives it a cleaner runway, though final box office outcomes will be determined closer to release based on promotional momentum and competing titles in the same window.

Everybody’s asleep, let’s talk about him
Let’s talk about high school, talk about death
Talk about the long ride home from the grave
How we were too fucked up on Thum’s birthday
Seasonal bugs in a canvas tent
Seasonal friendships, I see the road end
You’re appealin’ to the parts that you know I hold dear
You’ve been the best five minutes of a shitty old year

And I’m so glad we’re here

‘Cause I’m with my best friend Dan now, campin’ on the county line
Hand around a Miller Lite, waitin’ for the sun to rise
Couplе of hometown heroes fightin’ ovеr politics
Sittin’ and rememberin’, young men from different sides
And we’re so alone most of the time
Most of the time, we don’t have anyone
Where do we go when we die?
I wouldn’t mind right here, I wouldn’t mind at all

Mm, through the dyin’ light of a flashlight lens
You tried to tell me how unfair it is
That I have what I have and you got what you got
Said I’d give it all back if I could, I cannot
Loon calls pierce through the violent sky
I think I stood right here back when Carlo died
Said I hated the way I made it all about me
But every day from back then is like a bad old dream

And I can’t fall asleep
But I’m with my best friend Dan now, campin’ on the county line
Hand around a Miller Lite, waitin’ for the sun to rise
Couple of hometown heroes fightin’ over politics
Sittin’ and rememberin’, young men from different sides
And we’re so alone most of the time
Most of the time, we don’t have anyone
Where do we go when we die?
I wouldn’t mind right here, no, I wouldn’t mind at all

See the wasps hit the water and drown
See the lightnin’ light the world, land on Orange County ground
Flip a rock, see the bugs sleepin’ sound
Hey, that’s us, you and I will be found

We ain’t far from my house

I’m with my best friend Dan now, campin’ on the county line
Hand around a Miller Lite, waitin’ for the sun to rise
Couple of hometown heroes fightin’ over politics
Sittin’ and rememberin’, young men from different sides
And we’re so alone most of the time
Most of the time, we don’t have anyone
Where do we go when we die?
I wouldn’t mind right here, no, I wouldn’t mind at all

I wouldn’t mind
I wouldn’t mind right here, no, I wouldn’t mind at all
I wouldn’t mind at all

Everybody’s asleep, let’s talk about it
Let’s talk about high school and talk about death
Before the moment tries to disappear
Don’t the sky look pretty up here?

0

Marathi theatre is currently seeing many new and creative ideas, and the play Aamchya Pidhichi Goshtach Vegali is the latest example grabbing attention. After creating buzz with its posters and unique promotions, the makers have now come up with something even more interesting. Instead of releasing a regular trailer on screen, they have decided to present it live on stage in front of the audience.

This special live trailer will be shown on May 1, 2026, during the 350th show of the popular play Jar Tar Chi Goshta. While one play celebrates a major milestone, the audience will also get a glimpse of a new one on the same stage. This idea itself has made people curious and excited. Usually, trailers are watched on mobile phones or in theatres on a screen, but this time the audience will experience it through a live performance by actors.

The live trailer will include acting, lights, and music, giving viewers a real feel of the play. Instead of just watching a short video, people will actually see the story come alive in front of them. This makes the experience more engaging and memorable. It is a fresh way to connect with the audience and give them a taste of what the play is about.

The story of the play focuses on a family and the relationships between three different generations. It shows how their thinking, lifestyles, and opinions are different and sometimes lead to conflict. At the same time, it presents these situations in a light and relatable way so that people from all age groups can connect with it easily.

The production house Sonal Productions is known for trying new marketing ideas. From their earlier projects, they have always looked for different ways to reach audiences. This live trailer is another step in that direction. Producer Nandu Kadam shared that today’s audience always looks for something new, and it is important to go beyond traditional methods to grab their attention.

The play is presented by Priya Bapat and features a strong cast including Sunil Barve, Harshada Khanvilkar, Akshar Kothari, Sharmila Rajaram Shinde, Shantanu Thavli, and Vaishnavi Ambavane. It is written by Amol Patil and directed by Advait Dadarkar.

The live trailer will be performed at Yashwantrao Natya Gruha in Matunga at 4 pm, and many people are now waiting to see how this unique idea will turn out.

Baapya Trailer Drops and Leaves Everyone Talking About Love and Identity

0

The trailer of the Marathi film Baapya has finally been released, and it is already catching the attention of audiences. The film was already in the news because of its posters and songs, but the trailer now gives a clearer idea of the story. It shows a mix of emotions, relationships, and personal struggles in a simple yet engaging way.

At the center of the story is actor Rajshri Deshpande, who plays the character Baapya. Her journey from Shailaja to Shailesh is one of the main highlights of the film. This transformation brings many changes in her life and affects her relationships deeply. The trailer shows how this change creates confusion, emotional tension, and unexpected situations for everyone involved.

The story also includes Girish Kulkarni, who is shown as her husband. They appear to have a family and a child, but things are not as simple as they seem. As the trailer moves forward, it reveals that his life has more layers, which adds to the complications. This creates a web of relationships where emotions like love, friendship, and conflict are all mixed together. The line about friendship being stronger than everything hints that bonds between friends will also play an important role in the story.

The trailer balances light hearted moments with emotional scenes, making it relatable and interesting. Along with Rajshri Deshpande and Girish Kulkarni, actors like Devika Daftardar, Shrikant Yadav, and Aryan Menghji also appear and leave a strong impression. Their performances give a glimpse of how different characters will add depth to the story.

The film is directed by Sameer Tiwari and produced by Mutkal Telang and Sameer Tiwari. According to the director, the story is about relationships, but it is not simple. It shows how people deal with change, acceptance, and understanding themselves. He also shared that the film includes love, friendship, and emotional struggles, along with the strength to overcome them. The goal is to keep the audience connected to the story from beginning to end.

Baapya is set to release on May 15, and after watching the trailer, many viewers are now curious to see how this emotional and complex story unfolds on the big screen.

Karisma Kapoor’s Simple Request to Paparazzi Sparks Big Debate Online

0

Bollywood actor Karisma Kapoor recently caught everyone’s attention after a video from the sets of India’s Best Dancer Season 5 went viral. In the clip, Karisma is seen politely asking photographers not to zoom in too much while taking her pictures. The moment happened when she was posing outside the set and interacting with the paparazzi in a calm and respectful manner.

After finishing her shoot, Karisma simply said, “Zyada zoom mat karna,” which means do not zoom too much. Even though her tone was polite, the video quickly spread online and started a larger conversation about how celebrities are treated in public spaces. Many people felt that her request was reasonable and showed how even well known actors have to remind others about basic manners.

Social media users reacted strongly to the clip. One user pointed out that it was surprising that such a basic request had to be made to adults. Another called the situation sad, saying it showed a lack of respect. Some users also highlighted that Karisma is not just a celebrity but also a mother and a professional who deserves privacy and dignity like anyone else. The discussion soon turned into a broader debate about how paparazzi should behave and the importance of respecting personal boundaries.

This is not the first time celebrities have spoken about such issues. Actors like Shruti Haasan, Jaya Bachchan, Salman Khan, Ranbir Kapoor, and Saif Ali Khan have also had moments where they expressed discomfort with paparazzi behaviour. These incidents often bring attention to the need for better understanding between celebrities and photographers.

Karisma Kapoor is one of the most popular actresses from the 1990s and has worked in many successful Hindi films. She comes from the famous Kapoor family and is the daughter of actors Randhir Kapoor and Babita Kapoor. Over the years, she has won several awards and continues to stay active in the industry.

She will soon be seen as a judge on India’s Best Dancer Season 5 along with Geeta Kapur, Terence Lewis, and Jaaved Jaaferi.

Noah Kahan – A Few of Your Own Song Lyrics

I was high when I met you, life was somethin’ to get through
Picture frame in your bedroom, of the one man that left you
And I felt the spiral of the earth when you finally called me yours
Ain’t it strange how you saw me gettin’ dressed in the hallway?
You could tell I was fallin’, or escapin’ from somethin’
You didn’t say a single word, you didn’t see me as a curse
The state of the summer blends us in with each other
We would pray for more thunder for a night under cover
We were huddlin’ like mice, below an unforgivin’ sky

Too old for both of us to keep howlin’ at the moon
To be cross-eyed drunk this young in the afternoon
Two souls in one truck, and no money left to lose
Teach me how to not stare at you
And I spent the whole night singin’

“Oh, my, my, what a time to be alive”
Young and dumb on the edge of the world
Oh, good Lord, what it means to be alone
I knew well, I knew hell, and now I don’t
Tell me, love, if the devil ever comes
To make good on the debts that I owe
Wish me well, tell the stories I would tell
Go ahead, make a few of your own
A few of your own
Once all the rain stopped, I was afraid you might wake up
And remember who I am, and remember what I’ve done
Didn’t ask me to justify, you just sat up and rubbed your eyes
I grew up with a feelin’ that what’s good must be fleetin’
That if I’m happy, I’m dreamin’, then I’m prepared for you leavin’
But I see that shitty beat-up car, oh baby, there you are

Too old for both of us to keep howlin’ at the moon
Cross-eyed drunk this young in the afternoon
Two souls in one truck, and no money left to lose
Teach me how to not stare at you
We yelled

“Oh, my, my, what a time to be alive”
Young and dumb on the edge of the world
Oh, good Lord, what it means to be alone
I knew well, I knew hell, and now I don’t
Tell me, love, if the devil ever comes
To make good on the debts that I owe
Wish me well, tell the stories I would tell
Go ahead, make a few of your own
A few of your own, a few of your own
Oh, my, my, what a time to be alive
Young and dumb on the edge of the world
Oh, good Lord, what it means to be alone
I knew well I knew hell, and now I don’t
Tell me, love, if the devil ever comes
To make good on the debts that I owe
Wish me well, tell the stories I would tell
Go ahead, make a few of your own
A few of your own, a few of your own

Oh, make a few of your own
Oh, make a few of your own
Oh, make a few of your own

Anubhav Sinha Plans Horror Film Despite Being Scared

0

Anubhav Sinha is known for making films based on social issues, but he is now thinking about trying something very different. The director has shared that he wants to make a horror film, even though he admits that he is personally scared of such movies.

In a recent conversation with India Today, he spoke openly about his fear of horror films. He said, “I want to make a horror film. I can’t watch horror films, but I want to make one. I don’t think I have ever watched a horror film with full sound. I mute it.” He also explained that even films that mix horror with comedy can make him uncomfortable. Referring to Stree, he said, “I’m someone who gets scared watching Stree. It was supposed to be a funny film, but I’m scared of that too. I’m such a coward.”

He also spoke about his experience watching The Shining. He shared, “I remember the first time I saw The Shining, I watched the climax on mute. It’s only much later recently, about a year ago that I saw it with full volume. That’s the reason why I want to make a horror film. I think it’s a very attractive genre, a very attractive form of storytelling.”

His interest in the genre comes as a surprise because most of his past work has focused on serious and socially relevant topics. His latest film, Assi, released on February 20, 2026. The film features Taapsee Pannu, Kani Kusruti, Revathy, Manoj Pahwa, Kumud Mishra, and Mohammed Zeeshan Ayyub, along with special appearances by Naseeruddin Shah, Supriya Pathak, and Seema Pahwa.

The story of Assi follows a lawyer played by Taapsee Pannu, who is shown fighting for justice. The film presents a serious and emotional narrative that looks at issues related to morality and responsibility. It also focuses on how such issues affect society and future generations.

While Anubhav Sinha has not announced any details about his horror project yet, his comments show that he is open to exploring new types of storytelling beyond his usual style.

Yash’s Toxic release pushed for bigger global launch post CinemaCon buzz

0

After receiving a strong response at CinemaCon, the release plan for Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown-Ups starring Yash has been revised for a larger global rollout. KVN Productions and Monster Mind Creations have officially announced that the film will no longer release on June 4, 2026, and a new worldwide release date will be announced soon.

The decision comes after the film’s showcase at CinemaCon, where it drew a highly encouraging response from international distributors and industry stakeholders. This reaction has opened doors for a much wider global release, leading the team to rethink and realign their overall release strategy.

With the film now complete, the focus has shifted to securing global distribution and building key international partnerships so that the film can reach audiences across multiple markets at the intended scale. The film has been written by Yash and Geetu Mohandas, who has also directed it.

Statement from Yash, “There are films we make, and then there are films that remind us why we fell in love with cinema. Toxic has been one such journey. Presenting our film at CinemaCon and witnessing the overwhelming global response reaffirmed what we have always believed, that this film deserves to reach its fullest potential worldwide.

Toxic is complete, and we are currently aligning global distribution and partnerships. In light of this, we have decided to recalibrate our release timeline. While we will not be releasing on June 4 as announced earlier, we will be releasing at a later, globally aligned date. Toxic will come to theatres across the world soon.

At a time when Indian cinema is finding its voice and stepping onto the global stage with such promise, each of us has a responsibility to raise the bar. As an actor and producer, I see this moment as an opportunity to do my part, for the Indian film industry and for all of us, by taking the time to ensure our film reaches the world with the impact it is meant to have.

Through every step and every change, your support has stayed with me, and I carry it with deep gratitude. Some stories ask for patience. Some journeys demand it. We promise to give you a film to enjoy and celebrate, a film that will stand as a proud moment for Indian cinema.”

The film features a strong ensemble cast including Nayanthara, Kiara Advani, Huma Qureshi, Rukmini Vasanth and Tara Sutaria alongside Yash.

Shot in Kannada and English, the film will also release in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam dubbed versions. Produced by KVN Productions and Monster Mind Creations, the film is now gearing up for a globally aligned theatrical release, with the new date expected to be announced soon.

Farhan Akhtar Breaks Silence On Jee Le Zaraa Casting Rumours

0

Farhan Akhtar’s Jee Le Zaraa has been in discussion for a long time due to rumours about casting changes. The film was announced in 2021 as a road trip story featuring Alia Bhatt, Priyanka Chopra, and Katrina Kaif. It was expected to be a major collaboration, but delays in production have created uncertainty about whether the original cast is still part of the project.

Farhan Akhtar has now responded to these rumours. In a conversation with The Hollywood Reporter India, he said that he prefers to be open about his projects and does not like keeping things hidden. When asked about possible recasting, he said, “There are too many rumours doing the rounds about too many things. I have always maintained that I honestly don’t like keeping any secrets when I am making a film. Every time I felt like something is ready to go, I have put it out in the world, and shared it with them. And I’ll do the same.”

He also spoke about his current mindset regarding directing films. According to him, the past few years have brought many changes, and he wants to take time before deciding his next step. He explained, “Right now, I am in a place where I really need to think about what I want to do next as a director. Because so many things have transpired in the last couple of years that I feel like I just need to catch my breath, and really just see where my heart lies with it. Once that happens, I’ll let the world know.”

Reports in December 2025 suggested that the film is still in development. According to a report by Deccan Chronicle, the project faced delays mainly due to scheduling issues. Coordinating dates for all three lead actors was difficult, especially because of Priyanka Chopra’s international work commitments. However, it was reported that she has now agreed to adjust her schedule for the film.

Apart from scheduling, the makers also faced challenges in casting male actors. Farhan Akhtar, along with co writers Zoya Akhtar and Reema Kagti, were looking for three well known actors to match the female leads. This process also added to the delay.

Farhan Akhtar has indicated that the issues are now being resolved. He said, “To be honest, it was traumatic trying to get the actors’ dates. But we’ve sorted all that out. We’ll start soon.” This suggests that the film is still planned and may begin production once final arrangements are complete.
