To know what the person at the helm of affairs, Anubhav Sinha, thinks we caught up with him and asked for his final comments as also the release details. Says the maverick filmmaker, ”Well, we have given it our best shot, and despite the controlled budget, not compromised on any aspect. I am getting positive feedback from those who have watched it. We are not going in for a huge number of prints, and it will be a limited number (500-600). Now it is up to the audience, who I am sure and hope will enjoy the first of its kind film in India.’

As per reports filtering in from the Emirates (Dubai in particular), audience has liked the film, especially the technical aspects and the 3D effects. Even in India, where screenings were held late on Thursday, the report is quite positive and encouraging, from those lucky enough to have already seen India’s first survivor film.
