Veteran actress Suchitra Sen, who was admitted to Belle Vue Clinic in Kolkata with respiratory tract infection, is critical, said reports on Monday.

“Suchitra Sen was shifted from a general bed to critical care late on Sunday night. Doctors said her condition is serious and there is fluid accumulation in her lungs. Her diabetic parameter, too, is said to be fluctuating adding to the problem,” reported a leading daily.
The 82-year-old legendary actress has been put on antibiotics and oxygen.
