The series, a big-budget period drama, has captivated audiences with its portrayal of courtesans who held significant power and influence during India’s pre-Partition era, particularly during the freedom struggle.
The ensemble cast features prominent actresses including Manisha Koirala, Sonakshi Sinha, Aditi Rao Hydari, Sanjeeda Sheikh, Richa Chadha, and Sharmin Segal. Their performances, set against the backdrop of the tumultuous historical period, have been widely praised.
