Farah Khan recalled filming Kuch Kuch Hota Hai in freezing Scotland weather and also shared a proud family moment as her triplets graduated.

Filmmaker and choreographer Farah Khan recently revisited memories from the making of the iconic Bollywood film Kuch Kuch Hota Hai. During a conversation with Tanishaa Mukerji, Farah spoke about the challenges faced by the cast and crew while shooting the film’s title track in Scotland.

Recalling the experience, Farah revealed that the team had to deal with extremely cold weather during the shoot. Tanishaa had accompanied her sister, Kajol, who played one of the lead roles in the film. Speaking about those days, Farah said, “You came with Kajol and it was freezing cold. We were all freezing to death over there. And we were all wearing garbage bags. For some strange reason, someone said if you tie this plastic, you won’t feel cold.”

The anecdote offered fans a glimpse into the realities of filming in difficult weather conditions. Despite the challenges, the song and the film went on to become hugely popular. Released in 1998, Kuch Kuch Hota Hai became one of the most successful Bollywood films of its time. Its story, music, dialogues and characters continue to be remembered by audiences even today.

Apart from sharing memories from the film, Farah also recently celebrated an important personal milestone. The filmmaker announced that her triplets, Diva, Anya and Czar, have graduated from high school. She shared photographs and videos from the graduation ceremony on social media, giving followers a glimpse into the special occasion.

The pictures featured the children during the ceremony as well as moments with family and guests. Some images also showed them posing with Nita Ambani and P. V. Sindhu. Fans, friends and colleagues congratulated the family and wished the children success for the future.

Farah Khan married filmmaker Shirish Kunder in 2004 after the two worked together on Main Hoon Na. The couple later collaborated on films such as Jaan-E-Mann, Om Shanti Om and Tees Maar Khan.

Farah welcomed her triplets through IVF in February 2008. Over the years, they have occasionally appeared in her social media posts and even made a brief appearance in the closing credits of Tees Maar Khan in 2010. With her recent graduation post and nostalgic film memories, Farah gave fans a look at both her professional journey and personal life.
