Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan, who was hospitalized after suffering a heat stroke at the IPL playoff match between Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) and Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) in Ahmedabad, is on the path to recovery. KKR co-owner Juhi Chawla recently visited Shah Rukh at the hospital and issued a health update, putting fans at ease.
According to Juhi, Shah Rukh was not feeling well the previous night but was being attended to and was feeling much better in the evening. She expressed optimism, saying, “God willing, he will soon be up, and in the stands on the weekend, cheering the team, as we play the finals.” This comes as a huge relief to fans who were worried about Shah Rukh’s health.
Juhi Chawla and her husband Jay Mehta met Shah Rukh Khan after he was admitted to the hospital. The actress praised the medical team attending to Shah Rukh, saying they were doing a fantastic job. She also expressed her excitement about KKR’s win, saying, “It’s such a good feeling! We are all so happy, so thrilled, proud and so thankful of the team… they have played consistently well throughout the tournament and reached the finals.”
Shah Rukh Khan and Juhi Chawla have worked together in several cult movies, and their friendship has been a long-standing one. Fans will be thrilled to know that Shah Rukh is on the road to recovery and will soon be back to cheering for his team.
