Prime Video has officially set December 12 as the release date for Tell Me Softly, its next major Spanish Original film and a sweeping, emotionally charged romance adapted from New York Times bestselling author Mercedes Ron’s popular Tell Me saga. Alongside the announcement, the streamer unveiled the film’s official trailer, offering a first look at the intense, high-stakes love story crafted by Ron, the creator behind the global hit Culpable. Based on the first book in her trilogy — Tell Me Softly, Tell Me in Secret, and Tell Me with Kisses — the film brings viewers back into a world of forbidden desires, resurfacing emotions, and a long-dormant love triangle.
At the center of the story is Kamila Hamilton, portrayed by Alicia Falcó (Billionaire’s Bunker). After the Di Bianco brothers abruptly exited her life seven years earlier, Kami rebuilt her world with careful precision. But when Thiago, played by Fernando Lindez (Élite), and Taylor, portrayed by Diego Vidales (Nudes), return unexpectedly, the emotional barriers she constructed begin to crack.
Kami’s first kiss with Thiago and Taylor’s fierce, protective presence shaped her childhood in ways she never understood. Now their reappearance unearths old memories, unresolved feelings, and new complications. As Thiago’s intensity pulls her back and Taylor begins seeing her differently, Kami must face a truth she has long avoided: no one has ever known her like the Di Bianco brothers. But whether that connection will save her or break her remains uncertain.
The film features a strong supporting cast, including Celia Freijeiro, Patricia Vico, Andrés Velencoso, Eve Ryan, and Fernando Nagore. Directed by Denis Rovira and written by Jaime Vaca, Tell Me Softly is produced by Vaca Films, the studio behind acclaimed titles like Sky High and Cell 211.
As part of Prime Video’s expanding “House of Ron” universe, the sequel Tell Me in Secret is already in production, with additional Ron adaptations on the way. Tell Me Softly premieres December 12 exclusively on Prime Video.
