Priyanka Chopra is set to add yet another feather to her crown.
India’s top rated Hollywood export has reportedly inked a deal for the Malayalam remake of her National award winning Marathi film VENTILATOR.
According to a report in Deccan Chronicle, Priyanka Chopra’s mother, Madhu Chopra has confirmed the development and has been quoted saying, “Yes, we just signed a contract for the remake of VENTILATOR in Malayalam, and Priyanka will be co-producing it.”
Confessing her ignorance over Tamil and Telugu, Priyanka’s mother said that Malayalam won’t be tough as she understands the language.
Directed by Rajesh Mapuskar, VENTILATOR is a quirky, funny, sentimental yet simple ode to family in general and fatherhood in particular.
Casting and other details of the remake will be finalized very soon.
