This week’s two prominent releases, Vidya Balan starrer TUMHARI SULU and Zareen Khan’s AKSAR 2, failed to entice the audience, opening to an ordinary 10-15 response on an average. Not only that, the collections did not pick up much during the latter shows.
Both TUMHARI SULU and AKSAR 2 face a bleak future at the box-office. The remaining new releases of the week fared worse!
In fact the week belonged to the Hollywood venture, JUSTICE LEAGUE that too in its original version, which saw a superb 55-60 percent start, and is sure to end up as the second consecutive foreign success after THOR- RAGNAROK.
Concluding with the two releases of last week, Irrfan Khan’s QARIB QARIB SINGLLE and the Ratnaa Sinha directed Rajkummar Rao starrer SHAADI MEIN ZAROOR AANA, both saw a very ordinary run during the first week, netting 14 crore and 7.50 crore respectively, totals to be validated.
